  1. I'm first!? Wow! I had to order this given the cause. I'm all about supporting my Trans friends and their peers.

That said, this is an interesting scent. Smells very sweet, almost sickeningly so in the bottle.  Once on it immediately starts to morph into a sweet incense with complex depth. A little wild and gritty. Reminds me of a headshop incense but better.

Nice! Will enjoy having a bottle of this.

For me, this is the black musk that I absolutely adore from Streets of Detroit, but here sweetened and warmed and fuzzed with amber instead of myrrh and motor oil. It's dark and absolutely feline, and I can see it becoming one of my go-tos. I really, really love this one.

Streets of Detroit was the first comparison I thought of as well. Herself reads as slightly more feminine and sleek than Streets. Since Streets is in my top ten bpal favorites I'm ecstatic Herself is similar. 😁❤️😁🐈

  3. Lots and lots of citrus. Happily for me the main citrus scent is grapefruit, which I love. Refreshing without being too sweet.

After a few hours it settles into plum musk with faint wafts of citrus.  Which is also great for me because I adore bpal's plum notes and love musks.

  4. This one...... the amber scent I joined bpal Fandom back in 2007 to find. The smell of my kitten's fur when I'm sad and bury my nose against her. The warm comforting smell of home. This is bliss. This is now my very favorite bpal ever. And I only ordered it because it had two cats f#$$*&& on the label. Had to get a second bottle.  This scent is home.❤🐱🥰

  5. Muuuuaaaaaahhhaaaahaaaahaaaa! This IS the seduction scent I've been waiting for! Too bad I'm post menopausal and on antidepressants and now have no libedo..... OR YOU'D ALL BE DOOMED TO WORSHIP ME (while wearing this....) 😌🦄

  6. Just received today. Have been wanting this one for awhile because other than Nasty Woman and some Scalia bottles this is my only other activism scent. And I love Elizabeth Warren.

In the bottle it's sharp with a light floral edge.

On skin wet the oud is popping right up with its indolent weirdness.  Not as potent as with some other bpal ouds but....still... that little poop whiff.

As it dries the oud settles back into being more woody. The iris comes out to play. And this is what I was waiting for  boys and ghouls! I love the smell of iris! The frankincense gives a sharp resinous base that melds with the oud. Not sure what creates the steel scent... ozone? But it doesn't overwhelm. Just boosts the power of the other scents.

As it mellows the oud and iris find a lovely balance.

If you love sharp scents and like oud that isn't too potent, I think you'd like this. As for me, this just replaced Nasty Woman as my favorite feminist activism scent.

PS. I love Elizabeth Warren ❤

... Florida Water is that you?
This smells citrusy, bright, full of ginger and a whiff of spices, and its just immediately comforting?

I was feeling all sorts of out of sort, but not anymore.

    10/10, need to buy more.

Oh, my gosh! This DOES smell like Florida Water! It's spicy, citrusy and immediately comforting. ❤

  8. Carnation is my most favorite floral note. I've wanted to try this one for ages and just got the opportunity to get this as a swap at a local bpal meet up in Salt Lake City...(thank you Madelyn!!!)

This is STRONG. And spicy. Pure Carnation. Very floral. If you want something subtle this is not for you. I adore it!

  9. I adore bpal's plum notes with my whole ❤ I also love their tobbaco notes. This scent is such an amazing combo of the two it almost....nay, it DOES bring me to tears. This is a warm, soft plum, resinous witout being sharp, beauty. It's gothic without being in your face. It's not too fruity but not too tobacco/patchouli. It's absolutely perfect.

  10. Lilith has been watching Drag Race with me since she was teething, and she has worked with us at every Drag Con. She loves filming promo videos with Tom for the Nobodies events. She loves watching drag makeup tutorials, UNHhhh, and Alaskas videos, and one of her goals in life is to pull off a reveal like Violet Chachkis tartan runway look on the first day of school. So when she heard that Bob the Drag Queen was looking for a little girl for a comedy video, she was all over it. She loves Bob, she loves drag, and she loooooooooves being a big funny ham on stage. Im the worst stage mom in all of Los Angeles history, and she has no headshots and no reelso I sent over a funny photo of Lilith jetlagged and one of her Nobodies vids, and somehow she got the gig. It was one of the best days of her life. Bob and the crew were incredibly nice and friendly, and Lilith had the time of her life. To say thank you, she drew this picture for Bob of the two of them together on a bus bench.

Raspberry ice cream and a smear of black cherry lip gloss.

Literally exactly like the description. A little acrid in the bottle, but once on my skin it turned into a beautiful fruity vanilla a bit reminiscent of my beloved Monsterbait Closet. The vanilla doesn't go plasticy for me and the fruit isn't overwhelming. A foodie win!

  11. So pretty! Definitely want a bottle. The vanilla and honey are the standout notes on me with cherry, wine and musk backing them up. Vetiver was VERY present wet, but disappeared when dry.this smells edible without being too gormand.

  12. Wet it starts with a spicy menthol blast.

Dry down the carnation sticks around with a hint of minty sharpness.

I love carnation scents, and this one is unique and great if you need a cool yet spicy atmosphere.
