  1. I keep coming back to this one, even though it's discontinued and I know it'll only end in heartache when I run out of my imp. XD But there's juniper in here and a candy sweetness, and maybe it's just me but I get a little bit of the lab's ice note back there behind everything else. I really, really like this and will have to try to find some more!

  2. I love dead leaves and red musk, but didn't have any previous encounters with neroli. Citrus notes usually don't work on me, but I don't find the neroli in here objectionable at all. The neroli adds a little acridity and bitterness but overall this is a nice, soft scent on me and consoles me the rest of the year until fall comes around again. :)

  3. This is very pretty and light which I tend to love, although something about it when I first put it on reminds me of the White Rain hairspray my mom used to use when I was growing up in the 90s. There's something to be said for nostalgia though and overall this is lovely. I wish more of the rain and greenery came out but maybe I just need to stick it in my scent locket.

  4. I have the 2012 version. I like rose as a note but in most cases, all rose blends tend to smell the same to me. Not so in this case! When I first put this on it was melted snow with some vanilla and the faintest bit of rose underneath, I liked it right away. As it dries the rose comes out a little more on my skin but it's still mostly that snow note I love so much. Really soft and pretty. :)

  5. In the bottle, I hate this. It's the same kind of buttery that made Sugar Cookie 2005 go completely wrong on me. But when I put this on my skin it does all the right things. It's beautiful vanilla with just a hint of warm booziness, and it's one of those rare oils that has enough throw that I can enjoy it wafting around without having to constantly sniff my wrists. Definitely a keeper. :)

  6. Oh Faith 2016, how I love thee! The sweetness in this reminds me a lot of Candy Phoenix, and I'm getting the cocoa butter underneath too. Then the violet is warm and delicious and this has a much better throw on me than a lot of other florals I've tried. I'm totally in love and will I definitely need more than just my decant!
