  1. The numerals were almost completely rubbed off of mine. I see very faint Cs, and at least two Xs at the end. I *think* it's CCCXXX -- 330. In the bottle, there's a very faint trace of the Snake Oil, blanketed heavily by what I think is violet and something vaguely tropical. Passionfruit?! Wet on my skin, I detect notes of coffee, some kind of wood, and a very sharp floral. As it dries, cotton. This is a really weird and schizo scent, and contains very little SO.

Use Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice (my personal fav) to open it, and then...whatever you'd like. Highlight scents you'd like to try, make notes on scents you've already tried. Many of us who use it have an at some times complex color scheme we use for marking scents we want to try.

Oh, I definitely can't take credit for the overall creation, but I'm happy to maintain and share it!

LOL! My personal version uses a dark grey background on the DO NOT WANT items. I'll be posting the Lupercalia/Bony Moon update very shortly.

    Val Sans Retour

Green and fresh, with a hint of lemon and lime. I concur with other reviewers - there's definitely something in here that's effervescent. I'm wondering if this contains Beth's snow note. Not terribly strong, with very little weartime (disappeared within 10 minutes). To be quite honest, Clorox makes a "green" toilet bowl cleaner that smells EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

    De Røde Sko foot scrub

Scent: Awesome. Sweet ginger and orange, it's strong without being overwhelming. Definitely lasts on my skin for a while afterwards. Texture: Ehhh...when I hear scrub, I want SCRUB. There's very little scrubbing power in these scrubs, though they are FANTASTIC moisturizers. I got out of the shower, patted my feet dry, and immediately put on socks. My feet were soft and silky still at the end of the day. Not a huge fan of how greasy they leave my hands.

What do bottles and labels look like?

I *think* alicia_stardust designed the Yule labels this year, if that helps any. Maybe she can explain the reasoning behind it.

    Where is this scent?

I think the recent update said "Toad Hall will be available at Bat's Day..." which I take to mean the scent Toad Hall, previously unreleased, will be this year's Bat's Day scent.

Hackess said she tends to put new stuff at the bottom of the sheet, so you can just copy that new stuff and paste it into your existing version. (I, however, am avoiding this problem by trying my DARNDEST to stick to the GC - and then I don't need to worry about it. How long will this last? Only time will tell... ) Yep, that's exactly it! I've also been putting the release date in for each blend, so if for some reason the spreadsheet gets resorted alphabetically by name, you can sort by date to see what's newest.

What do bottles and labels look like?

The previous Schwarzer has a black dragon on white background, with a giant black orb in its mouth.

Chaos Theory IV: Edge of Chaos

I swapped #27 away to sookster for DXXVIII (528), and omg, it's awesome. In the bottle, I faintly detect a super sweet mint in the background and something a little waxy up front -- it reminds me a bit of chewy toffees. As it dries, the coffee note becomes much more prominent, with just a hint of sweet cream. Perfect for this foody lover! Not terribly long-lasting, and very little throw, but it's great to toss on for myself just to sit around and sniff my arm.

Irrelevant and Disturbing Surreal Crawdad Dream

I can't do this one justice. It's a little silly, a little surreal, and unbelievably GOOD. It's like a fruity girly boozy treat and yet suitable for small children. It's Schrodinger's Cat on acid. If you did not get a bottle of this, you are missing out.

    Carnations

Reading this resulted in my mentally kicking myself for not ordering a bottle of Hod when I had the chance. I did. I remember seriously considering it and deciding not to. Yeah, me too. I spent months tracking down a bottle.

    Mead Moon

I shoulda known better. Beth's honey note has never smelled right on me. It turns fake, like some kind of powdered honey. I didn't even get any of the spices. It just smelled soft and grainy -- almost making me wonder if I got Hay Moon in a Mead Moon bottle. I've already given it a to a better, more appreciative home.

    Carnations

Maiden, absolutely. Morocco, sure. Alice, yes. Get Cleménce, from the newest round of the Carnaval. It's delicious spicy carnation for most of its lifespan; the patchouli is just an afternote. Zarita was white flowers on me, which usually means "soap." So, it was lightly scented carnation soap. Your mileage may vary, of course. Pink Moon is lovely and girly and the bottle is super cute. I think of it as the little sister of Faith and Hope: another sugared flower. Hod...oh, Hod. Hod is one of those you'll almost never find. It's a discontinued GC. It only came in 10mL bottles. It is the closest to Carnation SN as I've found in the catalog.

Yes, it is way too big for GoogleDocs, especially when you start adding all your color-coding and whatnot. I used to have mine on GD, but it got to the point where it just wouldn't open anymore.

    L'Autunno Bath Oil

I don't know if I'd associate this with autumn, per se, but it's gorgeous. Tonight I used it at the end of my shower by pouring a bit into my hand and rubbing my skin down with it, then lightly rinsing. The oil in the bottle smells pretty close to cinnamon toast. At first application, the patchouli is incredibly strong, bolstered by resinous myrrh, but the earthy phase lasts for just a few seconds and gives way to a light and sweet herbal scent. The result is super-soft skin with no films or residue...and I keep sticking my head inside my bathrobe to sniff myself.

    Clémence

If you've tried Spanked and found it just a *bit* too raunchy, Clémence is for you. It's the same sultry cardamom, the same sexy patchouli. Clémence is sensual; she's definitely hinting at something dirty, but she's not screaming depravity like Spanked does. The clove is most powerful in the wet stage but backs off quickly. Carnation and tea notes make this spicy scent almost elegant. I'm looking at the full artwork on the BPAL site now, and the shibari-type bondage in the background is so appropriate: it's ultimately about sex and sexuality, but it's beautiful and almost subtle in its approach. It's absolutely intoxicating.
