I got this from Juniperus Intrepidus, thanks! In the imp - Wow, strong and acrid. It almost smells like I have been kicked in the sinuses by an enraged burnt grapefruit. On Eric (the boy) - This is unfortunate, on Eric it smells like burning tires, maybe burning plastic. Definitely an acrid burning chemical smell. On me - It's similar... I get that chemical fire sense again. When I was a child, my stepfather used to have trash fires on our property (rabid pollution, but I was too young to do anything about it). This smell reminds me of those giant bonfires, comprised of all the household and workshop garbage. I was always warned to stay away from them because he would toss everything in there, regardless of whether it was explosive or not, and once a can of spray paint exploded and sent shrapnel through a nearby tree. This is that smell exactly. Oddly appealing but frightening and utterly bad for you. The strange mix of fire, food, chemicals... sweet but acrid and if you stood too close for too long you'd start to get lightheaded... As magnetic and amazing as this scent is I can't see it as something I would want to smell on me or in my house. Off to the swaps.

In the Imp:Big Red and... no just Big Red. A smidgen in the oil burner: Big Red and something... else, something I can't identify that makes this smell much less like Big Red and much more like a spice box, fallen off a camel and burst open in the desert, with the winds slowly stealing it all away. It's beautiful, but it's not for me. Swapped it.

I love White Rabbit. In the imp: Slightly spicy and sweet, I am intrigued. On the wrist: Oh this is gorgeous, I can smell honey, vanilla and pepper primarily. It's definitely a creamy white smell, but it has enough of a bite to it to prevent it from being too soft for me. The staying power and throw for this has been wonderful on me as well. One thing I have to beware of is that too much is not a good thing on me, so I can't slather. But that just means it lasts longer. This is definitely a 5 mL. I love this.

I got this as a very generous frimp in my order. Thank you labbies! In the bottle: Vicks Vapo Rub. In the oil burner: Vicks Vapo Rub. I had Eric waft it at himself, cleared his sinuses. I can almost smell something other than Vicks Vapo Rub, but everytime I think "There's something else in here" my nose says "I'm not sick, stop making me smell this!" Sorry labbies, I tried.

In the imp: Ooh, this is really quite lovely. Citrusy tea. Definitely getting the Earl Grey in this... On my skin: Hmm, I've turned into a lemon cream pie. My, that was unexpected. Pleasant though. On Eric's skin: OH! That's... ahem... more what I was.... with the Earl Grey and the leather... and the... excuse me, I have to go.... I just remembered I err... left the gas on.... Definitely a sexy smell. On me, it's very much a lemon dessert, but on the boy, well. Let's just say it's a very sexy smell.

Disclaimer: Rose and I do not get along, I amp up rose like... like a rose amping thing... Zombi is just a gorgeous smell. it smells exactly like the description, but, lucky for me, the rose is not too prominent. I tested Zombi in a unique sort of way, it went like this: In the imp: Oh beautiful dirty, mossy rosiness, how I love thee! On Penny the Stuffed Bear: Why Penny, you smell wonderful, like I just rolled you around in the cemetery and smothered you in rose petals. On me: Oh, oh dear. Too much, way too much, ACK. *wash, wash, reapply gently* Ahhh... lovely. In conclusion, this is a wonderful smell and I will be getting a 5mL. However, I will remember that a little goes a long way on me, lest I smell like I was on the losing end of a battle with a rose bush.

I'm afraid The Lady of Shalott doesn't like me. Upon opening the imp, I am assailed with gardenia, but I persevere. I really have no choice in the matter, it got all over my fingers. I give it time, but alas, this is far too floral for me, beautiful, but not me. A must have for gardenia lovers!

I've been wearing Bon Vivant all day and I adore it. On me it's mostly champagne, but there is definitely strawberry in there as well. The effervescent qualities of this are like nothing I have ever smelled before. It has a wonderful throw and lasts a long time on me as well. It was never overly sweet or heavy on me, even when I proceeded to sweat all over it half the day, lol. I'm definitely ordering a big bottle of this.
