I didn't get any thing out of this but plum just plum hoping some kind of magic will happen as it ages and I will like it more than I do
-
I really like this, but i think it shares the same problem that some people had with BLACK LACE, 2 different scents, maybe due to different components, i have 2 bottles of this and one is thick and very strong, and the other one is thin and i can barely smell it.

I guess I'm too used to lost e-mails with Lush and seeing people having to get the gals on Facebook to poke CS to shoot an e-mail back to them. Well, and on the BPAL Facebook page... oh well, stupid idea. That's me for ya.
Not a stupid idea, you were just trying to help someone and that is always awesome in my book.

I just want to clarify that the reason i was interested if the oils were natural or not,
is because i happen to think that they are all natural, but i do remember a while
back, reading something about Beth using synthetics in a few blends,
but that has been updated, i just want to know in the future, if there are any oils that are
not all natural if the lab would let us know, that way i would only wear those oils in
my scent lockets,as opposed to wearing on my skin. But what ever they use, i love them and
will always use them in one way or another, as long as i can afford to purchase them.

Honestly, I don't think the natural oil thing (just the pre-fabrication blend) was brought up in Beth's post, although it was wonderful and comprehensive.Given that we shouldn't expect her to pop back in here again to answer, on the other hand, do you think we can talk about the natural versus synthetic thing? Since she was talking about extraction, I'm sure there are many natural oils in it, but I'll bet there are a few single-source synthetics as well...just my guess, though. Does anyone know for sure?
I really don't think jayne's questions were meant to be deliberately dense so much as obsessively truth-seeking, although perhaps I wouldn't have attempted the same with Luca Turin quotes.
Yes, i would also like to know if the oils are all natural, because i have severe health issues.

Using the BPAL Review search engine, "Liz" didn't come up.I think we are back to where the search will not work, unless the word or words have more than 3 letters, i know i can not search Hod because of this problem, this was fixed, but i guess it is not working again.I was trying to search the sales thread looking to see if anyone had a bottle of Hod
for sale, and no go, so i had to go through every sale 1 by 1, i gave up after the fourth page!

I am waiting for a cns for an order i placed on 05-10 (Strawberry Moon)
-
I agree with Cranberry, because if Beth did not use some aroma chemicals and certain FO's, i would think the perfume oils would
cost around $45.00 - $90.00 a bottle, at least. Also i do not think there would be so many choices of oils. But whatever she uses, she is a master at making great smelling oils!

I need some advice.I placed an order with the Trading Post on Oct. 16. It's been over a month, and nothing yet.
I have a CnS that -may- be for my package sent on Nov. 19, but the tracking info I got back worries me, as I'm not sure what it means. It reads as follows:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 19, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.Am I panicking too soon? Should I email the Trading Post and ask about my order? I don't want to bug them without good cause to do so.
I would e-mail them, though today is Thanksgiving, so give them a few days to get back to you. I have heard from other people in Canada, that packages might take longer to get because of customs, etc.

I am in New York, and it is rare, but there have been times when it took 8-10 days to receive my order after i received a cns. I have been ordering since 2004, and have always received my orders .Just wanted to let you know, & hopefully you will getting your orders soon.

i like jezabel, i don't love it, but i do like it enough to wear once in awhile, and i also like baby powder.
-
in the U.S. it usually takes about 2 months to recieve an order, in Canada, the wait time is about 2& half to three months.
-
the only thing i can recommend, is that you try to dilute them with a carrier oil (jojoba, grapeseed, almond oil etc.) that helps me with certain oils that i am sensitive to,also, you can try making a perfume spray out of them.

i really liked this one, it was very different from any other BPAL's i have tried.

thanks for info, Gracie

when the lab posts that orders were shipped through 0ct.7 ,does that mean the order i placed on the 7th of Oct. or does it mean when the lab picked it up on the 14th of Oct.(which also says shipped) ? thanks, Gracie (also i placed order on cc/now)

i didnt care for this one, i liked it in the vial, but not on me.
-
i lked this one very much, at first, i didn't think it was strong, but the scent did seem to linger.i think i might get more in the future.
-
yes, thats a good idea too, i forgot about the powder its good for absorbing the oil

i would say more like 5 to 5 1/2 weeks to get your order at least thats how long it usually takes for me to get my orders, and i am in N.Y.if i am lucky, otherwise sometimes it will take 5 1/2 to 6 weeks.

I didn't like this at all it smells just like a fragrance oil I bought for $5.00 at one of those places that sells fragrance oils for DIY soaps.candles etc.Maybe it's just too sweet or too much rose for me. It does have very good throw and lasted a super long time on me.
