Ok, this was tested only on my bf so far..

In the bottle: sharp citrus/metallic tang..very cologne smelling indeed

On his skin: (his neck and chest ) Mmmm..its very metal-ly still w/ some deep aquatic aroma rising to the surface now..i can still detect a lil citrus..like lime..?

Afterhours: This has dried down to a soft herbal/woodsy base..its very nice and it is now tucked into his cologne stash I'm happy he likes it so much cuz he's really darn picky about his sniffy stash heh

I knew I would love this..I should have ordered 5 bottles to start with as I want to slather myself head to toe in this!

In the bottle: Sweet/greasy(in a good way!) foody smell

On the skin: Whoa..hello cotton candy! I detect the powdery sugar and sweetly fried funnel cakes..mmm!

Afterhours: this has dried down to sweet salty taffy smell w/ just a hint of sugary caramel

Must. order. more.

Chaos Theory CCCXX (320? )

I love you Beth. I really really do.

This blend is me in every way..

In the bottle: Eye popping spearmint..whoa!

On skin: Wow. I'm drooling..spearmint & creamy coconut Seriouslly smells like a Mentos candy & a butter mint sprinkled w/ coconut.

Afterhours: This has dried down to a wonderfully soft herbal mint w/ a touch of cream in the background.

Hrmm..i like it but I wish it were more rummy than butterscotchy. Its very sweet and smells exactly like butterscotch candies. Its good & I'll enjoy my imp of it.

For those of us in the sub-zero Arctic zones right now..(I'm in WI)

When your box arrives, just make sure you dont open it right away..it is possible to crack and break your imp vials when you expose it to the warm air of your house.

Its not likely it will happen but i always wait about an hour or so to let the package slowly become equal to the air temp inside. I know, i'm paranoid! heh

In the bottle: Very deep and bright w/ resins and has an herbal kick to it

On the skin: Still very deep resins as topnotes..middlenotes are a spicy, sensual mix of myrrh & amber, perhaps a bit of lavender too.

Afterhours: This is going to sound crazy..but I can smell sun-ripened tomatos & a slight note of black olives. Its not enough to make me not like it though..its a very complex oil..definitely the most complex i've smelled to date.

This would be a really nice scent for a guy, too

In the bottle: This is a spicy, regal grape fizzy scent

On the skin: Sweet, spiced up mead..dark pink & orange in my mind, its very intoxicating. Mmmm..

Afterhours: This is very much like the setting sun..a soft yet vivid coziness, yet theres a sense of melancholy. A bit like a grape dreamsicle, w/ soft florals & resins sighing in the background.

Me loves!

In the bottle: Sweet vert in feeling & scent..like a sunbathed jungle

On the skin: Very bright green, like the insides of a flower's stem..fresh & infused w/ life.

Afterhours: A mellow light green, mixed w/ golden amber & vanilla (at least thats what it smells like, heh) This is SO relaxing to me...plant life basking in the sun..and a twinge of aquaticness(perhaps the Nile? )

Mmm..first sniff is biting, a spiced up lemon liquor.

On the skin: It smells creamier, yet fizzy at the same time..like a creamy lemon vanilla Pez candy

Afterhours: a soft, silky sugary lemon/vanilla sweetness

This is very very nice. Glad I went ahead and ordered the 5ml

In Bottle: Very strong, biting..sweet black pepper (ginger) smell.

On skin: Still very gingery/peppery w/ a softness looming in the background

Afterhours: Mmmm!! Let's just say the drydown was worth the wait..this is absolutely gorgeous! The red patchouli and tonka bean have me under its spell..very creamy in the final stage. YAY!

I'm usually not one to jump to review a scent but this one has got me reelin' head over heels in lust, lust, LUST! Grrrrrr!

In the bottle: Heaven. This smells like sweet dirt..its saturated w/ a sense of time, very ancient.

Wet on skin: The dirt is still aggressively standing afront...I get a sense of forboding, w/ swirls of moss and decay growing rampant on neglected headstones.

Afterhours: I feel entombed with this scent all around me, the haunting earth note, and the scent of a wooden casket, rotting and splintered, steeped in death.

There is something out there..hunting, seeking, taunting me..and I cannot wait for it to find me.

This is definitely in my top 10. Must order 5ml asap.

Chaos Theory CIV (104)

I've been reluctant to post because I'm not really sure if my theory and I will get along.

In the Bottle: This seriously smells like red licorice candy..very Twizzler-y..I can detect a faint hint of floral in there too.

On the skin: I think theres dragons blood in this, something eucalyptusy smelling also..theres still the hint of red licorice, buts its not as overwhelming on the skin.

Afterhours: the drydown of this is a powdery sweet red musky floral..its not bad at all..its just not me, unfortunately.

I have this slathered on right now..lets see..

In the bottle: smells like maraschino cherry juice

Wet: smells like cherries rolled in fresh dirt..mmm!

Afterhours: this has dried down to a sultry autumn scent..cinnamony berries/dried leaves & an undercurrent of water..very very nice!

Verdict: Why the HELL didnt i order a larger bottle of this precious stuff?? Somebody smack me!

My 5ml of Egyptian Amber came in the amber bottle(w/ plastic cone)..I wouldnt have it any other way, really! Although the penis shaped bottles would be lots of fun, I'd like a green & blue swirled glass one..that would be SO groovy!

I really really wanted to love this scent..but alas, all is lost w/ this one.

It smells like watermelon Now & Later candy laced w/ white roses..which doesnt sound all that bad, right? Well, after applying it to my skin it just got TOO sickly floral-y on me & had a slight baby powder smell also. *sighs*

Although i must say, it lasts a LONG time..i washed it off to find it still there!

Woe is me! I shall not be buying this again..but I highly recommend it to ppl who love strong florals.

First Sniff: Lemonheads candy..pure sugar! I detect a note of musk hiding behind this..

Wet: Still quite lemony & musky..sun-baked sand & clear blue skies w/ fluffy white clouds

Afterhours: The lemon has faded into the background and i now smell a sun-drenched sandy temple w/ asst. fruits on the altar tray as an offering..theres also the slight smell of papyrus scrolls..

Hrmm..overall I like this but it doesnt have a very good staying power

I think this would be great layered w/ Black Lotus or Blood Lotus though!

First Sniff: It smells like cinnamon apple cider laced w/ dirt..mmm!! Very warming

Wet: I have an image of a witch's cauldron boiling in a musty old cellar that has a bunch of herbs & spices hanging in bundles from the ceiling...strange, i know! Theres alot of notes bubbling to the surface of this one..very complex!

Afterhours: I detect a dirt smell still..its much stronger now..very musky, must be the myrrh lingering around. Calming, it almost put me to sleep!

Overall, i like this one very much..perhaps a 5ml purchase? Hmmm!

I received this as a freebie imp & I wanted to love this one too..but sadly I will swap this one out..

Wet: Rose Rose Rose...thats all I smell.

Afterhours: Rose laced w/ baby powder..I smell nothing else. =/

I tried so hard to love this one..I even slathered it on someone else and smelled it, but alas, it smelled the same. *sighs* I like this scent on someone other than myself...its very feminine & soft...very little girl pefume-y to me.

Wow. I bought this because the notes sounded neat & its named after one of my fave U2 songs "Ultraviolet" Who knew it would fit the song perfectly?

First Sniff: What a mystery..icy fresh, cold, minty, kinda grassy smelling

Wet: Still powerfully minty, i can smell a damp violet in there too..

Afterhours: haunting floral notes & slightly metallic w/ a shadow of the mint remaining

In the Bottle: Very light & fresh..I smell lemons for sure!

Wet: I tried this on me first and it still smells like lemons and i can pick out the Earl Grey now also. Mmmm..so good!

Afterhours: Strangely it has morphed into a powdery orange creme smell..not bad though! I can finally smell the musky leather rising to the top also..

Overall I like this..and it smells almost the same on my boyfriend, he agreed to wear it if I buy a bigger bottle of it.

I think I must be the last to order my Blue Moon fix I got called into work early today so had to order when i got home @ 11pm Central time.
