This is a strange one in that it wasn't originally on my list of imps to get, but as I saw someone with a "Get 20 for $20" offer and took them up on it, I ended up with it. The idea of this scent had completely turned me off to begin with, but since I have it now, I figured I'd give it a try. Fresh From The Imp: The first thing I notice when I crack the imp is a strong aroma of Dubble Bubble. Getting a whiff from the tester doesn't dispell this initial reaction. Wet On My Flesh: Still very bubblegummy, but I can detect a trace of cherry underneath. I don't mind either of these, I'm just not sure I want to wear them. Drying Down: It's mellowing out into something much less candy-like. The aroma now is reminding me of these pink peppermints my grandfather used to eat and share Hour To Integrate: After an hour, it's faded to being a bare orange scent with just a touch of that bubblegum peeking out underneath. Nice and soft. End Of Day/Final Report: Oddly enough, I think I may have another keeper. Don't think I'll buy more of it, but I'll not be swapping *this* imp.

Fresh From The Imp: Strongly pomegranate. Wet On My Flesh: I think I might be detecting a hint of gin, which is odd. The fruit is still prominent, though. Drying Down: The pomegranate isn't quite so clean now, muddled with another note that I can't put my finger on. Hour To Integrate: It's got a strange tang to it that I'm not caring for. End Of Day/Final Report: Oh dear gods, I'm smelling BILE. Not a keeper. Excuse me while I go wash m'self now.

Fresh From The Imp: Mmm, lemons. And just a touch of spice. Wet On My Flesh: The lemon peel is very potent here. Drying Down: It's a bit like lemon candy at the moment, though not quite as sweet. Hour To Integrate: Still mostly lemon. Luckily, I like lemons. Just not enough to wear it constanly. End Of Day/Final Report: I'll keep it for now, since it and I got along.

Fresh From The Imp: I smell a *lot* of lavender. It's practically all I smell. Oh, and a bit of Grog, since my brother manhandled the Grog a few moments ago. Wet On My Flesh: Still a lot of lavender. A little flowery for me. Drying Down: Now it's smelling a bit soapy, with a strong floral undertone. Hour To Integrate: I'm not sure what floral note I'm smelling, but I know I'm not fond of it. It's stronger than the soap scent, though. End Of Day/Final Report: The soap came back, about equal to the florals, which gave me a very pretty flowery-clean smell. Unfortunately, I'm not big on those types of fragrances, so it's going to be swapped if my sister doesn't want it. BONUS! Kitten's Opinion: She sniffed once, twice, then spread her whiskers and went for a third whiff. Wish I liked it that much.

I wonder how many others choose Ultraviolet as their BPAL first? Hmm... As this is my first review, it'll probably be a little shoddy, but bear with me. Also, I've not given it a full hour, but I might not be here in an hour, so I'll just have to update it. Fresh From The Imp: Wow. That's a lot of eucalyptus. Really. Wet On My Flesh: Now I'm getting a hint of mint, too. Interesting. I can't stop sniffing myself... Drying Down: I've stopped sniffing long enough for it to dry a bit. The eucalyptus has died off almost completely, leaving mint and a hint of violet underneath. I'm really starting to enjoy this. Hour To Integrate: It's died down to being mostly violet, which isn't *bad*, but isn't exactly what I was expecting. I really liked it when there was more mint to it. End Of Day/Final Report: I'll probably keep it around for a second testing, as I'm still somewhat undecided as to how much I like it. It'll depend on how many wearable imps I've got out of these nine I just received. BONUS! Kitten's Opinion: She sniffed my wrist, then laid her head upon it. As she usually doesn't care much for mint (in a violent, head-jerking type manner), I'm taking this as a good sign.
