So , things are looking up a bit . Have a couple job possibilities lurking at this time . Nothing totally solid though . Just playing it by ear .

So , today a kitten left the house to go to it's new home . I'm a little sad to see these guys go , but I know it's for the best . Wish we could find the adults a home .

So I take it back , they do have direct deposit . It's just hidden on their web site .

So, done with my insurance dealings for the day. Now just want to relax, which I haven't been able to do lately.

Something I can't help but wonder about with everything going on lately . I wonder about our fixation on justice . Or maybe I should call it vengeance . Someone commits a crime . Years ago , they may have been committed to a asylum . Today , prosecutors are intent on sending everyone to jail . That everyone is responsible for their actions . No one could possibly be mentally imbalanced to the point they're not responsible for their actions . Or maybe I watch too much Law and Order .

Thanks for the add . I'm not as active as I once was on the site . If you look up CoopieCat's old posts , that was me . I had too much trouble retrieving my old password so I assumed a new identity . You can see I had a lot of reviews under that persona though if you're interested .

That was a fun little storm that just bumbled through . Sadly it looks more humid now than before . Lots of lightening & boomers though .

Torchlight 2 demo won't let me sleep ...

Torchlight 2 is too addictive !!! Also , the most enjoyable game I've played in a long time , in that I simply enjoy looking at the art that went into the areas my character is running around in . Beautiful . And I'm getting better at not getting killed too !

Trying something new.

Ugh , got the migraine blues . Worse than usual . Eyes won't stop watering . Maybe a hot shower will help . At least it'll help some with my sinuses being plugged up . I'll be happy when summer's over .

Up for currently most annoying commercials . The stupid pizza commercial where all it is is holding things above your head & going whooo ! A close second is the one with the people in a car following a balloon over head . The stupid & annoying part , the woman in the car asking the balloon " do you know where you're going " ? It's a fucking balloon . It will never know where it's going . Both commercials induce me into brick throwing mode .

Up for half a hour already with a migraine so bad it made me jump out of bed . Already too pills , just debating a hot shower to try to help . Maybe I'll just sit here with my eyes closed for a few ...

Watching Mogwai streaming live from Bonnaroo Music Fest right now . I love these guys , very atmospheric music .

Watching silence of the lambs ... again . It's just such a beautifully shot film I can't help myself.
