My new car averaged 43mpg today . Sweet !

I've had the smoked fish platter & some lovely cauliflower soup. Now for some Wurst!

Ah migraine , I'd been wondering where you'd been hiding . Wish I could say it's nice to see you again , but it's not . Now to see if these Advil Migraine pills keep working as well as I've been saying they do .

Back home . No snags until I tried to get a rental . Enterprise had no cars available at any of the local shops . So i went to Hertz and have a Ford Escape . Gonna try to switch to something more economical Monday .

Listening to Storm Corrosion , new cd from Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree , and Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth . Very mellow mood music . Liking it so far .

Ok , had more than enough of life this weekend . Gonna go hide in my bed until I need to get up for work . F it .

So, done with my insurance dealings for the day. Now just want to relax, which I haven't been able to do lately.

Listening over & over again to the Storm Corrosion cd. The most atmospheric thing I've heard in years.

I seriously think I'm getting too old for alcohol.

This one kitten keeps attacking my feet . Will try to take a photo but it's dark down there .

Got my baby back from the shop and it looks good as new. Does smell a little of fresh paint though. Sure that won't last long.

Finally saw The Avengers . F'ing loved it . Every minute of it . Don't think it could have been better .

Beard free first time in a long time . Face is not happy with my electric razor at the moment . Very red & burn-y .

And now I feel like a idiot . I was just musing about Tony Stark wearing a vintage Black Sabbath shirt throughout The Avengers . And it hit me . Who did the song Iron Man ? The DUH!!! ringing through my brain was deafening . Wonder if that was something they worked out with the band in advance or just a cool nod to them . Either way , good show guys .

Really nice out , but grass cutting = sweaty mess here . Bleh .
