  1. Should I be worried that I got a CnS Friday saying my order was due to be shipped out, but the tracking information hasn't changed at all since then? I know it's probably just my newbie anxiety getting the better of me, but I've had so many bad experiences with the US postal service lately that I'm pretty paranoid these days. :P

     

     

    CnS e-mails contain the delivery confirmation number, there isn't any actual tracking as it progresses to its destination. It just confirms date/time when it's delivered.


  2. I have no idea what kept the lab's e-mails from getting to me, all the e-mail is sent to my server, and I didn't see any attempted requests /anywhere/ from BPAL. It must have gotten lost before there.

     

    But since I e-mailed them and gave them a list of all my other e-mail addys, I have received a response, they took care of what I needed, and when I received a package the next day with mostof my pink phoenix all over the place. . I e-mailed and got a response back within a couple hours and a CNS for 'ordernumberRESHIP' not long after.

     

    I wish my company was that efficient, we rock but that turn around right there is amazing. (cough.zestuff.com.cough)

    I responded back to the last e-mail I got from them (few months ago) and got that address.

     

     

    I emailed last week, when I hadn't gotten a response up 'til yesterday I emailed again, Sara emailed back almost right away, my first email (from my office) had been labled as spam. She had to dig it out. Maybe that happened to you?
