I've had the same problem malanna, there is definitely something wrong with the domain/email setup.

Yeap! I have no idea what is happening. I can't get a hold of anyone at the lab and am freaking out myself. Do any of the other contact emails work, like beth's or brian's or is it just mine?

Hopefully, it's nothing and could be fixed as soon as I find Brian or Beth. I can not start working till that is fixed. So I'll wait paitently with you guys.

I hope all is ok, now I am getting worried...

I can speak a wee bit of Armenian and I am in love with the alphabet. I think the letters look wonderful, all soft and rounded!

Really? Cool! Am trying to teach everyone at the lab Nella's language, which is a mix of Armenian and Russian This is the look they give me Even they know that can't be a real language! Except Brian, somehow he managed to learn few words that he thinks exist OH, he is too cute...

I also need to relearn the letters since I've managed to forget But yes I agree they look good, am proud of our alphabet

Pleeeease when you email me with "Where is my order?" Qs I need more info than your first name. Please include any kind of information you have. If CCnow order, an order # would be very nice, if paypal order, the date you paypaled, your full name and the email address you used when paypaling.

I can not answer your Q if I don't have anything to work with

And if it's a back and forth interaction, please leave the text in there so when I read your reply I can scroll down for reference so I know what you are taling about.

I was born in Yerevan, Armenia and was raised there too. Came to this country when 13 and learned English fast for I had no choice. I speak it fluently and am half Russian btw and speak that too.

Oh peeps, when asked to add to your order or change your order, which I wish there would be less of since it slows things down please don't forget to write it down in the comment field section otherwise we have no way of knowing you are adding or changing

Hi you guys!

Just wanted to let you know that I am still in town and around. I won't be leaving the country till June 17th - visiting my dad back home Since I've been in school for the past 6 years with no breaks I decided that I deserve a vacation and a long one so I won't be back till July 19th and will be back at the lab on the 26th.

So while I am gone Beth or Brian will answer your emails or at least they will try. It's been very unreal since we lost our regular employee who filled your orders among other 100 things. And I've been helping out at the lab here and there but we are still few weeks behind So if my reply to your email is couple of days late, please know that is the reason. So practically Brian is the only one working full time right now till we hire someone else, which won't happen till we move to the store. And that is yet another reason why things have been hectic... I get about 100 "Where is my order?" emails a day and it takes time away from production to look it up and answer those emails. So if it's not too much to ask PLEASE try to be patient and understanding and avoid emailing if possible when I am gone unless it's an absolute necessity to do so

Oh and another reason for some of the delay is because we ran out of O again (O it smells so good, doesn't it? However, we do have it now, so no worries.

Ok now that that's out of the way, on with the fun stuff So far my favorite new scents are as follows: Desire, Queen of Sheba, Szepasszony, and Titiana. Beth is soo good at what she does, isn't she?

Hi everyone!

How is everyone doing? I've been a busy bee as some might know and I hope I am getting to all your emails and Qs quickly enough. (I usually work here on weekdays in the afternoons so if you send me an email on a weekend I won't get to it till Monday).

I've been getting a lot of Personal messages and although they are so much fun, I would rather get emails instead especially if it's an order Q. There are several reasons for this personal preference. One, is that it is more efficent to keep track of your order and Qs and answers all in one email since all I have to do is scroll down vs. in PM, I have to search for what I wrote to you last in the sent folder). Two, is with an email I have your email address and full name, which helps me find your order or answer your Q but with PM unless you include it in your message, I don't and I have to fish for it.

Now I know some of you have no choice but to PM me because you have an aol account or something else that doesn't let you email me. For those of you that have this problem and need to PM me, please include your full name and email address in each PM you sent me (plus order # if possible for both ways) that way I can respond to you right away.

I hope this is not too much to ask you guys and hopefully you won't mind emailing me or PMing me the way it's best. THANK YOU SO MUCH for understanding and can't wait for those emails

Thank you soooo much for all the warm welcomes, you guys are so sweet and nice (there should be more peeps like you in the world and this place would be a better place).

I am so lucky to be part of this lab. I love working here - Beth and the boys are such good people and the product - my oh my I am so overwhelmed how good it is! I am still trying to smell them all lol - but so far my favs are Snow White (but of course , Snake Oil (esp. when it is on a boy), Libra and Haunted has grown on me.

I met the gang at a local goth club here in Hollywood and we became friends very quickly. And don't worry I will take good care of our lab goddess and the boys (am doing the best I can so Beth doesn't have any more nightmares). As for my story, well Beth is suppose to post my bio soon and if you are still not satisfied I'll post more.
