  1. In the imp- I smell the sweetness of the lychee and the rose first. And for some reason a faint whiff of cinnamon.

Wet- The lychee and the rose combine into an almost citrus scent. It's a little generic bath product like.

Dry- The lychee and the cistus do something weird on me, not quite bad, but not quite good either.

  2. Soft moss, vanilla musk, and cherry blossom.

In the imp- Cherry blossom and musk, very little vanilla.
Wet- Moss takes over, with just a hint of cherry blossom in the background.
Dry- The moss mellows out and plays nicely with the floral notes.

The scent makes me feel like I'm sitting under cherry tree in the spring.

  3. In the imp- Amber and orange blossom, faintly sweet and spicy. Not picking up any vanilla.

Wet- Mostly amber, though the orange blossom is still adding a floral/spicy note to it.

    Dry- Spicy, sweet, complex amber.

Good for daily wear when I want something more complex then straight amber.

  4. In the imp- Burning sage and brush in the best of ways.

Wet- Sage moves back, and burning hillside with a faint medicinal background.

Dry- Dampens down a bit. Medicinal note starts to morph into sage.

    5 minutes- Same as dry.

Not good on me to wear, but I love it in the bottle.

  5. In the imp- Smells like syrupy pina colada mix with a faint berry background.

Wet- Still pina colada with the rum making an appearance.

Dry- Starting to mellow out a bit.

5 minutes- The rum and mandarin come out to play with the pineapple and coconut. Light and fruity, but not me.

  6. In the imp- Cedar with something juicy yet green.

Wet- Cedar backed by something sweet, maybe the raspberry leaf?

5 minutes- Still cedar, but the sweetness has mellowed and green leafyness is making a presence.

Dry- Slightly dusty cedarwood with a hint of green growth.

  7. In the imp- I first smell the spices, then the floral notes. Eventually the jasmine seems to take over.

    Wet- Spicy jasmine.

5 minutes- The jasmine has mellowed out, but now is a little soapy.

Dry- Very faint scent left of soapy, spicy jasmine.

  8. In the bottle- Musky sweet with just a hint of copal.

Wet- Copal and beeswax comes through the strongest, with sweet undertones.

5 minutes- The sweet is melding with the copal. Just a hint of beeswax.

Dry- It all comes together as a musky sweet incense.

One of the first scents I bought, I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not but it has become my favorite scent.

  9. In the imp- Juicy and herby. Can pick out the pomegranate, myrtle, and aquatic notes.

Wet- The juiciness disappears and the myrtle and melilot come to the forefront. The faintest hint of rose.

Dry- Lost all individual notes to my nose, smells like spring in the woods. Lightly floral and woody.

Not an everyday scent for me, but very much a go to when in a flowy, spring-like mood.

  10. In the imp- Light, flowery, and peachy.

    Wet- Peachy.

5 minutes- The floral tones make a comeback twining with the peach, with the moss as a soft undertone.

Dry- The peach gets a tad bit stronger, the floral notes and the moss staying in the background.

Not sure if this is gonna be a keeper or not, it might be a good spring scent.

  11. In the imp- Only a faint hint of lime, smells strongly of jasmine to me, specifically pikake . After I pull away I get a lingering lime sherbert scent.

Wet- Almost entirely jasmine, not quite as overpowering as in the imp though. Lime has disappeared entirely.

5 minutes- Still mostly jasmine, but the tuberose is starting to peek out. Hoping for it to become more prominent.

Dry- Jasmine has softened further, but is still drowning out everything else. Alas I was hoping for more of the other notes to come through on me.

  12. The raw, untamable power of chaos. Rosewood, amber, red musk and a dribble of red sandalwood.

In the imp- Sandalwood, amber, and musk.
Wet- Sandalwood is still dominant, but now fighting with something that's like dragon's blood. Might be the amber and the rosewood combined.
5 Minutes- Sandalwood is starting to mellow out, starting to get a faint floral powdery note. Feels rather earthy to me.
Dry- Amber comes forward, smells a bit like a candied redwood forest with the occasional undertone of soap.

Not quite something I'd wear regularly, but maybe if I needed to come across a bit more strongly at work. I'm intensely curious as to how this might wear on my partner, since he normally smells a bit woodsy.

Edit- almost an hour after and it smells like a woodsy, resinous incense. Potentially something I'd like my room to smell like.
