When wet it is very herbally, minty. Very green smelling. It reminds me a bit of Envy with its smell of fresh green cut grass and of mint. Sweet though, as I can smell the florals through it as if the green smells were a fence or a screen. A lot of notes I can't quite place, but it definitely smells like a late spring/early summer scent.

ETA: definitely more floral as it dries.

GRAPES. Smells just like grape bubblegum, which is not a bad thing but it also means it smells artificial. Myrrh or frankincense, patchouli? musk of some sort. hard to detect what is beyond that. It is very calming even though the scent is strong. I could totally see how it can describe the setting sun.

The grape remindsme of this weird air freshener my grandmother has. I'm not sure whether I like this or not.

Wow. Nag champa and lavender! I love Nag champa with a passion and I let out a huge squee when I first sniffed this in my imp. Wow, I never knew that Nag Champa and lavender could blend together and compliment each other so wonderfully! The nag champa is most noticeable in the vial, wet on skin it is mostly lavender, dry on skin it is mostly nag champa!

Oh, my love! Another to add to my 5ml wishlist. I'm also going to have to make room on my top 10!

A BEAUTIFUL, bright sweet peach! Smells just like Bath and Body Works discontinued scent Peach Nectar. I LOVE this. The ambers are non-existant on me, either that or they blend in/emphasize the peach perfectly. I also can't detect the musk, but it may be also emphasizing the peach.

I don't know what myrtle smells like, but I *maybe* can detect a hint of floral behind the peach? (it may be just because I WANT to smell the floral )

I love this scent so much. I am definitely buying a 5ml.

when dry on skin:

I definitely can smell the cotton blossom, which I don't usually mix well with. I can't really smell the White Musk, which pretty much the whole reason why I was looking forward to this blend so much.

All I smell is LEMON. Not fresh, clean, good lemon, but sticky sweet tea-like lemon. and THAT kind lemon and I hate each other.

I don't get why some of you think White Musk smells like lemon? Maybe I just overlooked (or smelled?) it, but I never noticed any sort of White Musk smelling so.

I don't understand where the lemon is coming from!

'05 version

on me it was a very powdery, old lady-ish rose mixed with some incense (myrhh or frankincense).

the rose was so bad it smelled like citronella. from reading all the reviews of the '04 version being buttery and like chocolate, i'm anxious to try that version. but this version is going to my swap pile.

VERY aquatic. gentle, fruity, clean.

A fruity feminine version of House of Mirrors! I am won! It is much gentler than HoM.

It is hard for me to tell between the lily and the aloe?

This reminds me of Buck Moon. a LOT.

It has the same sort of fresh barley smell to it that buck moon does. NOt only that but it smells like a Lunacy Blend in general. it has that 'moon' smell to it. but I suppose it is fitting since it is supposed to be a 'night's' pavillion.

I can smell violets. violets+me=something not good.

but I also dislike it for the same reasons why I disliked buck moon. so yeah, not for me.

but if you liked buck moon and/or like violets this is for you!

I smell red wine. But in a sickly sweet way. Strong, old lady rose.

But it isn't THAT bad, really. Actually, there is a innocent sweetness to it that I can't exactly place, that counters all the stuff I didn't like.

but unfortunately, its not me.

this is so sweet I'm almost cringing. pink pink sweet sugar, sugared fruit and cotton candy. gosh this is even sweeter than midway! sweet in an almost chalky way. at its strongest it smells like that standard pink public bathroom soap.

I'm undecided as of now, but I'm thinking I might be swapping this one.

I tried this on in imp form and... absolutely NOTHING. No smell, no odor whatsoever.

and it sounded like it would smell so nice too.

god this is just DELICIOUS! when I sniffed it out of the decant, I couldn't place the scent I was smelling. it wasn't quite cupcakes/cheesecake yet, it was fruitier almost.

but on my skin. oh god. sweet cream cheese frosting and red velvet cupcakes. yay!

this smells like tropical skittles! at first, it is very sweet.

after a while I can start to smell pineapple, ocean and green... maybe palms?

not really me but I'll keep it because it smells so pretty.

while wet: a very watery aquatic scent. it reminds me a LOT of Water of Notre Dame.

I smell roses, something citrussy, and sandalwood. and there is chamomile.

I don't smell any violet and usually violet stands out right away on me because I hate it so much.

This does make me think of the Victorian times. I'm actually unsure of whether I want to keep this or not.

the staying power is moderate to strong.

I smell cherries first off. then cinnamon, maybe cloves or allspice. and fruit tea?

it fades very fast. the cherry smell goes away and I am left with the fruit tea- spicy smell. it smells like apple cinnamon tea.

not bad. if it had more staying power I would keep it.

This rather disappointed me. Like all blends with any kind of amber in it, it disappears as soon as it touches my skin. ack. I really want to love amber too.

THIS IS AMAZING!

It is rich dark peach with lemon and jasmine. I don't think I quite smell the green in this. I couldn't quite understand at first how this could smell like a bayou but OH LORD. This is going to be one of my top 10's I just know it.

it is just so sweet and very very dark, and rich and warm and enveloping. I LOVE THIS!

this turned to all lemon on me.

A shame, since I have been searching for the perfect incense smell that doesn't go acidy on me.

this is an all around feel-good scent. I agree that it doesn't have any sharp edges at all. it is very comforting and calming and assuring. It's like having a loving guardian nudging you forward gently to the stage.

I too thought of grapes when I first smelled this. more candy-like to me. I love this.

on skin: apple cinnamon. smells just like heavily spiced mulled cider.

it so lovely, warm and comforting! this is definitely going to be a big bottle. even moreso if it works well.

I'm not sure how it will effect my night.. but I'll update about that later.

you can get excel for macs, you know. i'm using nattie's spreadsheet right now, and it works just fine excel/office for macs is pretty cheap, or you can just grab a trial version, and then port the file over to something mac-usable

of course, the top note is peppermint. as Envy is on the skin, beautiful sparkling herbs come out.

the herb smell is hard to describe. it makes me think of lilies or lily of the valley. such a green spring smell. and yes, fresh cut grass.

it makes me think of those crayola scented crayons, i think it was like, sky blue... and it smelled just like this. so fresh, summery, sweet green-ness.

I love this. I usually never love herb-y green florals. but god. definitely coveting.

SHARP orange, sharp jasmine. yeck, even though it is sweet, it has this undertone that is just bitter. It also turned to complete soap on my skin after a few minutes. pure floral orange soap.

I smelled no cinnamon

This is an awesome scent. I'm usually horrible with tea notes (because they smell like lemon on me and lemon and I don't smell good together. at least not to me)

it is so sweet, and god, there is something in there that makes my mouth water. It is floral! I can't figure out what it smells like! oh (duh) maybe its the bamboo?

I'm so glad I like this. I got it on a whim full knowing that it contained notes that I never agree with.

I cringed when I got the first whiff of this. there's just something...foul smelling about it.

its too peppery.

ack the ginger is soo strong. then there is something lemony behind it.

Now the jasmine is coming out.
