This is a very strange scent to me. I don't dislike it, but I'm not used to wearing things that smell like this. In the imp it smelled like pure chocolate with a little bit of mint. On my skin I get cedar quite strongly. It's kind of nice. The mint and the cedar work really well together, though the mint isn't very strong, and I can still smell the chocolate in the back. I don't get any pistachio though. I think this could grow on me but I'd have to be in the right mood to wear it. ETA: I think I smell like a candy shop and a Home Depot merged. Not bad, but definitely weird. My roommate loves it though. 7 hours later: It smells like vanilla mint cedar and I quite like it. Yum.

So I'm also wondering about something that might smell similar to B&BW's Sea Island Cotton or Japanese Cherry Blossom. Wensleydale seems to sound like what I get from Sea Island Cotton- more of a soapy, fresh, clean scent. I was looking for scents with notes of cherry blossom but reading the reviews of them seem like that particular note isn't as strong as some of the others in that blend. -
Scent Recs based on your PERSONALITY!

Oof, I'm really interested in this but I am so bad at describing myself. ;; Let's see... positively I've often been described as quirky, caring, intelligent, cute and creative. Negatively I have been described as stand-offish, manipulative, self-centered, over-emotional/overly sensitive, rude. I would describe myself as open, outgoing yet self-conscious, good sense of humor (I quite enjoy quick wit, sarcasm and dry humor), friendly yet cynical. A lot of contradictions, it seems. Haha. I'm quite nearly a stereotypical Libra, and if I were a Harry Potter character I would be a Slytherin or a Ravenclaw. I'm a big ol' geek who is currently very into Doctor Who, Firefly, Misfits, Glee, and anything created by Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls). I love Harry Potter and the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I love horror novels and psychological horror/thriller films. Currently I am reading American Psycho, which is also one of my favorite films. I have very morbid sensibilities that clash oddly yet often magnificently with my rather cute side... I am 22 years old and graduating in a week (!!!) with a BA in Communication Arts (emphasis on TV/Film/Radio) and a certificate in East Asian studies. I have a strong interest in Asian culture. I used to be a big anime geek in middle school but grew out of it after a few years. I still enjoy some anime such as Miyazaki films and Satoshi Kon. I love slightly disturbing Asian films like Battle Royale and OldBoy. Random stuff: I'm rather sexually open but not highly sexual. I have depression, anxiety and mild OCD as well as major self-esteem issues that all definitely have an effect on my personality at times. I'm very fickle and indecisive and as a result have broken many hearts and also my own. This also makes it difficult for me to make any decisions on my future regarding career, location and the like. Okay I've probably talked about myself enough! I wrote more than I thought I could but sometimes I don't feel like I'm the best judge of myself. Hopefully it's accurate. Weird how I should be the one to know myself best but I am unsure if what I'm writing is right *shrug*. -

well the info on Curious says " a white floral scent. Its notes are Louisiana magnolia, golden Anjou pear, lotus flower, tuberose, star jasmine, pink cyclamen, vanilla-infused musk, sandalwood and blonde woods" Another one I'd suggest is Hell's Belle. It's not *exactly* like Curious, but it has a heavy dose of magnolia, as Curious does, and a vanilla drydown. Great! Thank you! I'll have to add that one to my wishlist as well. -

Ooh! Thank you for the recommendations! I know it's kind of funny that it's such a mass produced scent by a pop star, but I just love the smell of that perfume. It's very light and sweet and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. Hoping I can find something I like just as much from that list! I'll have to keep a record... -

I'm looking for something similar to Britney Spears' scent Curious. It's been my staple perfume for years and I'm pretty much out of it now.
