To me Zephyr smells exactly like Avon Skin So Soft. A little too babypowder and something sharp in the background that just didn't work for me.

Samhain 07 just isn't living up to my undying love of Samhain Five, theres this undertone of burntness that just smells off. Which is sad because wet, it a beautiful combination of pumpkin and apple and fall. Hopefully if I leave it for a year or two it'll work it's self out.

Okay, so either you're looking to swap with me, you're my switch, you're my parents (hi mom, hi dad!), or you've won the lottery and want to fulfill all my needs and desire, this is the list for you. Please note, some of this stuff is way out of all but the lotto winner's price range and is only here to show you what I think is awesome (or so I don't forget where they are). No going broke. Most important for bpalers: My dream scent would be called Jarnsaxa and be white musk, white sandalwood, a bit of iron, honey, and dandelion. Sadly, I have never found anything that even remotely smells right. But some day I shall TRIUMPH and either spend my Noble prize money having Beth or Fabienne or the Arcana crew make it for me. Also, I love partial 5 mls, even ones with just one imp in them!! I do also lust after actual BPAL and other perfume scents... I REALLY WANT: MECHANICAL PHOENIX BPTP- GULA BATH OIL Green Phoenix Tamamo No Mae Monsterbait: Bigger Critters Dios de los Muertus 07 Fairy Wine Diwali Eggnog an empty or partial 5ml bottle of the Sea of Tranquility BPTP things that are cool: Frenum Bath Oil Ugh Massage Oil Aeris Massage Oil Alchemist Local crew neck t-shirt size XL Black Moon crew neck t-shirt style XL Skelator librarian Magnet The retail only scents I lust after: Wezwanie/Hold pending Haloes pending Judith and Holofernes Mad Kate Parsifal Rozpustnika 5mls/Decants/Imps that I would love and cherish: White Phoenix Schrodinger's Cat Hi'iaka Pumpkin III 07 Archangel Winter El Dia De Reyes The Fruit of Paradise November Scorpio Vampire Tears Lady Una Ivanushka Sagittarius Pollution Coyote (partial 5ml) GC Imps Mania Death of the Grave Digger Azathoth Brown Jenkins Dragon's Bone The Dodo Salon decants: Judith Victorius Lantern Ghost Hard to Find imps F54 Lughnasadh Spooky Possets All of the Girl's Love... from the Midsummer Update Arcana Alhambra Each to Each Shambala Skindazzles: Bath Bombs: Any and All!! Muppetk's Bath Beads of Doom As for non bath and body type stuff, well I love that sort of thing too. I love handmade things, and local stuff. I'm a foodie (local maple or fruit syrup, maple candy, maple butter, honey, hot cocoa, odd candy, chewy sugared ginger, are all excellent, I also love sushi, indian food and the farmer's market I cannot have corn syrup. I like weird shaped cookie cutters (growing up, Christmas cookies meant Dinosaurs, the Star of David, and trains... my mom having the coolest collection of cookie cutters ever. While I don't do Christmas, I still love cutout cookies, and make them for both Yule and Midsummer). Pagan-y theme cookie cutter would also be awesome. Earth Shift Jewelry:I mostly wear bracelets, but can be talked into necklaces, but not earrings. I love things made by hand that are unique and interesting. I like blues, greens, reds and oranges! I really need to build up my bracelet and necklace/pendant collection, so make a suggestion. I also really want to learn more about metalcrafting and metal formed jewelry. I've also started reading more in depth on sustainable living and paganism, and am very interested where those things intersect. SCA: I'm a flexible viking, and thus anything viking-y will interest me, especially broaches or viking-y beads. Even earspoons, scissors, or other female viking accessories would be great. Feast gear, also a plus. For Mom (and the lotto winners): I'm also in the market for new armor, garb and a period viking style A-frame tent. I was really hoping this would work for me, but once again the vetiver struck and turned sour on my skin. In the bottle it's gorgeous fire heated iron, not quite the scent of a foundry, more that of a bonfire on a dusty day with a hint of horseshoes.

Brown sugar cake. I think it smells incredible, both in the imp and on me. My dh on the other hand walked in the room, wrinkled his nose and said, "what's burning?"
-
If scarecrow could just always smell like it does when wet on my skin, it'd be perfect. It's grassy and a bit of hay and lemons, but as soon as it starts to dry, everything goes wrong. It's as if my skin chemistry has a vendetta against the oil. Soured cream and day old cereal smell. I'm so very sad about this.

Minty, minty goodness. Sort of a sharp, herbal minty that just cut through my headache. Sadly, the scent totally vanished in less then thorty minutes. Happily, the headache went with it!

I don't want to review my circle decant before everyone gets them in the mail, but just in luck, two CTIIIs I traded eviltemptress for came in today: CDXI (411): A creamy, citrus, herbal blend. It's light, but has this enduring lime, maybe juniper undertone that's nice, but not very me. Previously reviewed by eviltemptressdq. LXXXII (82): This smells like bath and body work's aromatherapy spearmint and sage, which I love. No seriously, this little imp is the most calming, comforting smell, I have ever sniffed. A creamy, woody, minty, but not to sweet mixture of love and happiness in an imp.

I kind of feel like I just rolled in Bailey's. At least, the intial application of Grog was a sweet, creamy, booze scent. On me, the booze quickly disapeers and I'm left with a milky, butterscotchy smell. Not bad.
-
At first, the Cat has a biting grapefruit note, almost too sharp. Then as it dried down, the grapefruit note mellow, and the whole thing disapeer within half an hour. May try mixing this with lotion to get a more lasting scent.
-
In the imp, Oya reminds my of cherries and my grandmother's perfume. On my skin, it morphs into more of a juicy plum/almondy scent.
-
Bastet is "whoa, almonds!" in the imp. The scent is almost over power, but a few seconds on my skin and the almond is gone, gone, gone. It quickly dries down into a golden, musky scent. Nice.
-
This smells like all my favorite memories. Hops, dandelions, maybe a hint of rose, green, green grass and a whiff of tobacco. Just putting it on makes me feel joyful and like I want to go roll down a soft grassy hill in the sunshine. I'm not sure I can do any better than declaring my everlasting love for this amazing scent. Oh, and I wear it to school all the time, because Maritimers should smell like beer.
-
It's a nice piney-minty scent, that just doesn't do anything for me. Another one that smells nice in the imp, but not as much as I thought it would.
-
Can I roll in this? Or buy a 500ml? This is the best stuff to every hit my BPAL box. It starts of all Cassia and sugar, like cinnamon cake and the drys down into a soft, lusious cinnamon roll. Just talking about it makes me want to go put some on.

Red moon has the dread orange in it. In the imp it smelled gorgeous, Dragon's blood with a hint of orange. On the skin it smelt of burnt orange peels and had to be washed off before dry down.
-
Sadly, this did nothing for me, mostly because my skin does weird things to musk, and this was a fruity musk. In the imp, it smelled pretty good, slightly pineapply with a musk base. On me it turned into overly ripe fruit and BO. Bad skin!
-
Eucapyptus and bitter orange, both in a cutting, painful to my nose sort of way. Thankfully, it took one wash for it to be gone, so I can't tell you about the drydown.
-
The melon is nice, but its the chili pepper that makes this a keeper. In the imp, I though I'd gotten another Yemaya on accident, but once this baby hit my skin it started morphing all over the place. Ten minutes in the tobacco really kicked and blended so perfectly with the chilli pepper that I couldn't remove my nose from my arm. This one is 5 out of 5.

Honeydew Jolly Ranger. It smells great, but the candy cravings it caused were to much!
-
Clean, clear water, with a tiny touch of floral. As it dried on me it turned greeny and a bit soapy (My husband asked if I used a new soap), but still pretty and probably a future bottle.
-
This one is a keeper, a nice clean, smooth scent. I'm getting the shea with just the tinyest touch of herbs, maybe cilantro, something Italiany. It makes me want to sniff the back of my hand all day.
-
I smell.... grape kool aid powder? It's not bad, but it goes strangley artificial sweetner when it hits my skin, and smells really odd. After about 30 minutes of dry, its has a more apple scent, but the grape kool aide is still there.

I have sunscreen that smells like this, not exactly, but enough that Obatala threw me right in memories of the river in the summer, and hauling scuba tanks down the cliff to get there. Even if this didn't smell like gorgeous, yummy coconut and milk goodness, I'd keep it. But, it does indeed smell glorious, so that's a plus

If I could, I would roll in this, I'm not kidding, I love it that much. More than any other oil I've tried, it's "me". In the bottle it's honey with an under current of a sweet spicy smell, on me its all honey all the time. And It's gorgeous.
