  1. The forks of the road: an in-between place, sacred and tangibly magickal in innumerable cultures and faiths. This scent is dark with mystery, taut with power. A chill twilit garden of blooms over dry earth and mosses, heavily laden with incense and offertory herbs.

this starts as a generic bright green almost minty fresh scent. 2-3 hours later it dries down to a heady floral where rose and jasmine are the dominant notes. the earth and moss appear at this point, deepening the florals into floral but with a little extra something. am not getting much of the incense unfortunately.

  2. mm wet, it comes across as faintly woody with a slight hint of cherry o_o...not quite sure where that is coming from. After about 5 minutes, it then settles down into a creamy honeyed scent with the faintest breath of florals. Very nice.

  3. Firstly the rosemary jumps out at me, followed by the rose that tempers it somewhat. Spicy and a little bitter, then they find a balance. Suddenly a couple of minutes in the orange blosson comes out to play, and the rosemary backs down, leaving this a prefect balance of bitter herbs and sweet floral.

  4. The flowers in the description seemed very "me" so I couldn't wait to try it. Was not disapointed! I get mostly sweet jasmine and frangipani with just a touch of rose (which I amp slightly anyway) hiding in the background. Delight truly is a fitting name for this lovely oil!

  5. Was initially reluctant to try this as many of these notes usually make me gag. But it was included in the lot i bought on eBay. An initial reaction to this true to from was *gag cherry and clove* two of my death oils. I could not smell any of the wine that is another death note for me; thankfully. After about a minute, just as I was on the way to the bathroom to wash this off, a dark musky incense-ey scent started rising from my wrist. I re-sniffed my wrist and all the cherry had gone. All my death noted had come into balance to create a lovely slightly fruity musky incense-ey scent that just screamed sensual bordello-style burlesque sexiness. Taking the risk to try this on instead of automatically putting this in my swap pile paid off. :-)

  6. Smells exactly like new-mown grass on me.. After about 2-3 mins a light cucumber scent appears. Reminds me of cucumber sandwiches. The scent sticks close to the skin, with very light throw. a light fresh scent that only for you. (As only you can smell it most of the time)

  7. Surprisingly my first impression of thins on my skin was "ooh fruity!" it goes on a mixed fruit scent and dries down to a light lemon candy scent mixed with baby powder. Strange but a bit of a relief to finally find a lemony scent that I can tolerate, considering my tendency to over-amp anything citrus.
