  1. I used this and Sealing Sanctuary along with other items for a massive over due clean today.
I used it as I was taught cleaning oils should be, which means this went into my cleaning water not my skin.
It's a fresh citrus scent that brightened the home.
Although it was followed soon after drying by my final mop I felt that this was an oil I'd keep in my cleaning rotation it did exactly what it said it would.

  2. Goodness I'm first, ok I'm in the mist of a sniff-oh-thon since my order came in, so this is not a complete review just a first impression right out the mail.
This is THE stand out of my Dragon Con and Weenie hair glosses order.
First impression, very expensive amber perfume. My dh, my kid, and I are all of one mind on this, this blend is a masterclass comparable to Roja or any of the other houses that the scent girlies freak out over.

Amber, a red toned musk, I've never done a leaves scent so I don't know the lab's leaves notes intimately enough to give a break down there, what I perceive as the golden moss is almost sweet tobacco-like. And I want to say there's a touch of oud, but better noses will know what it is exactly.

    10's across the board.

  3. I recently received this and could not put my finger on the scent this reminded me of, yes oud, it's woody, funky, musky, with a underlining sweetness but it was more; then my husband sniffed and immediately said - the smell of a room post coitus in a small wooden home in the tropics.
    He's right.
If you have had this experience and wish to recreate it sans the cost of plane tickets, here's your chance.

  4. Sprayed on my arm because my hair has something in it already.
Wet- sweetly spiced booze, Turkish bay, there is a aquatic note on my skin (wait whaaaa!), and citrus rind.
Dry- Bay forward, the booze is very lowkey, frankincense and myrrh, literally I'm getting the smoke from the  censer.

Lushies will recognize the wet scent as in the Glogg family.
Can't wait to pair this with Hag Grey, I suspect they will do amazingly together.

  5. This is as close to Hag Grey as I've found, and I've been looking; I've been on a years long grey/ambergris scent hunt.

I'm not a lover of lavender but here I don't get it, or it's the minty note when wet.
Dry on me it reads super close to Hag Grey, and makes me happy.

  6. I have no idea why I've never tried this before, or maybe I had, but the menopause goddess decided to give me a tiny win.
Wet there is a medicinal tinge to the scent; dry however it's rum, teak and/or cedar lending a grey note, spice, and the sweetness of almonds.
    It's masculine, yet soft.
I will be adding a bottle to my grey stash, it's a spicy grey.

  7. Roseus called it vegetal, I get that like a rose stem and no floral, an astringent note that mellows as it dries.
Dry amber, tobacco, and clove. It's well balanced as it dries.

I bought this because I am in love with amber, and ambergris, not up there with Ava, Edith, and Hag Grey for me, but it's a lovely option for when I want a grey scent, but not sweet
