In the bottle this is FANTASTIC! Dandelions have been my favorite since I was a kid, and it smells EXACTLY like playing with the dandelions that were constantly taking over our yard - all flower and leaves and sap all at once.

 

On me...it's not quite so awesome. It turns a bit too flowery sweet on me for my tastes. I will probably find creative ways to use it as a room/car scent, because I think it'd be wonderful as that! Or maybe I'll just huff my bottle every now and then

This one is quite a morpher on me!

 

In the bottle it's freaking gorgeous. Orangey and cakey and just a bit of spice.

 

At first, it turns right to perfumey orange on me. After about 30 minutes it starts to smell more like it did in the bottle, and turns just delicious. An hour later it's still lovely, but seems to have taken a little more of a 'strawberry shortcake' smell - plasticy doll hair.

 

Not quite sure if it's a keeper yet, I think it will need a few more tries before I decide

Sugar Cookie 2012

 

I LOVE this.

 

Wet, it's pure sugar cookie, right from the oven. It goes through a bit of an odd phase as it's drying, but after about 10 minutes it's just fantastic. Sugar cookies with clove and spice and vanilla extract. This is delicious!!

This is QUITE a morpher on me!

 

In the bottle it's very spicy and bready and brown sugary, almost boozy. Immediately on me, it's all almond. It quickly settles down into spicy again, then turns into cinnamon and maple syrup. After about 30 minutes, it's almost all syrup, with just a hint of the spice. It's lovely in all its stages, though I wish it would stay in the cinnamon and maple syrup one for longer!

 

Lasted a long time on me, I could still smell it fairly strongly the next morning.

In the jar this is SWEET. Syrupy and cookies with a touch of coconut. So yummy and foodie!!

Using it in the shower however, it didn't work. There must be the same kind of note that's in 2012's Beaver Moon, because just like BM it turned into something very dusty and woodsy smelling. There was still a bit of the coconut, but the dusty scent was overpowering.

This is FANTASTIC!! VERY minty - but a soft mint, with all that vanilla. A very sweet candy cane! It's just lovely. I'll be ordering a backup for sure!

On me this is very much almond, with a bit of rum, and a bit of something powdery. It's lovely!

This is very nice! Very earthy, with a bit of sweetness up close. It reminds me of all the new age and witchy stores my mom would always take us to when I was growing up, which makes me happy, and something about it is very calming.

 

On me it has HUGE throw - from just a dot on the back of my hand!

 

I really like this one, it's so lovely!

This is a GORGEOUS candle. I agree, VERY much clove, with just a bit of the patchouli. LOVE this, I need to order at least one backup because I know I'm going to use this a lot!

Well this is fantastic!

At first it's LEATHER. Lots of leather! Then the vanilla comes out, with just a hint of the tobacco and patchouli. Mostly it's a lot of leather and vanilla goodness!

I recieved this about a month ago, at a time when I was dealing with a cold. I also tend to feel like I'm coming down with something every few days - but then hardly ever get actually sick, just enough to feel out of it for a day.

 

When I got this, all I did was put it on my chakras before work, while vocalizing my intent - to get healthy from the cold I had, and to stop feeling like I was coming down with a cold every few days or so.

 

I was healthy the NEXT DAY. Not recovering, but all out healthy. I kind of just brushed it off as coincidence, though I was still a bit impressed. However this morning I realized, a month later, I haven't even felt like I was coming down with anything. Which is FANTASTIC! I can only imagine what this could do if I used it in an actual ritual.

 

I'm very impressed with this one. The smell is awful to me, but the effects are WELL worth it!

The scent on this is fabulous. Cinnamon, spicy, and a bit of orange. LOVE it!

 

I was pretty amazed at how it worked though - I put just a bit on the backs of my hands, with the intent of, well, what it does - stop buying so much crap that I don't need all the time (also wanted to test the scent). A few days later, I was playing on the internet, and as I often do when I've been a bit drinky, started looking for crap to buy.

 

I went to all my usual sites, even looked at my wishlists and stuff I'd bookmarked to buy later. I couldn't buy ANY of it. I just had no desire to actually buy anything. It was still fun to look at, but I just didn't want to buy it.

 

So in my opinion? YES. This stuff WORKS. So glad I bought a bottle of it!

In the bottle - LOVELY. I can't get enough! Appley cheescakey deliciousness!

 

On me - NOOOOOOOO! Something in it turns to...dusty wood. REALLY dusty wood, that I am amping like crazy. This one did NOT work on my skin at all, but the smell in the bottle is so wonderful that I'll probably use it as a room scent, or in a locket!

I wasn't thrilled with the scent at first, it was nice, but I felt it tended to turn powdery on me. The more I wear it however, the more I like it.

 

I feel very calm when I wear this. As soon as I put it on. Calm and confident. It isn't overwhelming, it's just pleasant!

 

I was lucky to be able to snag a decant of this first, and will be buying a bottle soon!

 

EDIT 2014 - So my imp finally ran out, and I've recently purchased a bottle. The smell is very similar, but the bottle has a warm spiciness to it that the imp didn't have. The effect is also 'warmer' to me - I get more of a 'happy' instead of a 'calm', still confident, but also a 'wrapped up in a warm soft blanket' type feeling. If anything, I love it even more!

I bought this at Dragon*con, after Puddin' kept insisting - I admit I had skipped over it at first.

 

In the bottle, it is straight up sweet and spicy pumpkin cake. SO good!

 

On me, it changes a lot! Still very much sweet spicy pumpkin cake - but the spice gets heavier. After a while it starts to morph, and goes through several changes, all of them yummy! It starts to turn slightly mango-ish, and then after a while the chai starts to come through. I typically stay away from tea scents, I amp like crazy and it's not my favorite scent, but with this it WORKS. It's delicious, and I want to nom my arm (my husband really liked it, too, said it smelled just like fall)! Good throw, and a scent I will turn to a lot this fall!

I was able to snag a bottle of Resurrected!

 

I LOVE this one. To me, it smells exactly like a faire! It's VERY much funnel cake and salt on me, with just a few hints of cotton candy and caramel apple.

 

It stays very close to my skin though, I will need to try it in a locket whenever I get my hands on one of those. For now however, I will just get strange looks as I continue to sniff my wrist!

I have the bottle with the normal bpal label (I think, I didn't see any critters on it, anyway!). I was interested in it, because people were saying it was like Underpants, but without the woodsy scent to it (which makes Underpants a bit unwearable for me most of the time).

 

They were right - I LOVE THIS. Only a touch floral on me, with lots of vanilla, and a bit of grapefruit. I feel like there's something else in there, too, but I can't figure it out. It goes through a bit of a plasticy stage as it dries, but then it's just heavenly. Vanilla and creamy and a touch fruity. SO fantastic! It stays very close to my skin after a few hours, but never goes away entirely.

It's funny seeing how different this is on everyone!

 

I get floral vanilla with this. Sometimes I can get a hint of the leather, and I get NO smoke at all.

 

This isn't light on me by any means - this is heavy and thick and a little goes a loooooong way!

 

I do however think it's fabulous, and I'm so happy a friend gave me a bottle of it!!

I just managed to snag a bottle of this!

 

Spicy, a bit of cinnamon, a bit of clove, a bit of wood, and something...sweet? Powdery? I'm not sure yet. I like this one - but a little goes a very long way!

 

What I wasn't expecting was how I felt soon after I put this on - my sinuses cleared up, my senses felt clearer, I wanted to smile for no real reason, I felt relaxed, and my skin just felt alive. SO great after a very rough 2 weeks. I love it when I react to blends like that, it's always such a fun surprise!

I bought this, hoping it would be a great cinnamon scent. And in the bottle it's divine! However on me, the cinnamon goes away almost entirely, and it turned very powdery, which is not a scent I particularly enjoy. I can see how other people would enjoy it, but it's not for me.

To me, this smells almost exactly like Anne Beany, but a bit more of that tobacco note when dry. Something in it is also making my skin itch for some reason, I've never encountered that before in a bpal scent! It *is* yummy, but I like my Beany a bit better

Finally got around to ordering this one!

 

At first, I get jasmine. No, rose. No, jasmine. They keep fighting eachother, I swear! It's a bit strong, and threatens to go 'dirty diaper' on me at times.

 

A few hours in, it's AMAZING. I adore this scent. I still get a bit of jasmine, but I also get something sweet, all I can think is 'jasmine and cookies'. I'm not sure what the sweet note is, I can't really pick it out. Maybe the ginger I keep seeing mentioned. A slight touch of lemon. But really, jasmine and cookies!

 

It fades on me a bit after a few hours, but I keep getting whifs of it as I move around, and it's just gorgeous.

 

As for what it does, I've had more people come up and just hang out and talk here at work today, which makes me laugh. So the 'attracting' part seems to work quite well! As for the financial, I'm sure time will tell

 

This'll be a big bottle order for me once the imp is done!

This one is an odd one, but in a good way.

 

I've played with it every day since I got it (this past Saturday, so 3 days now), and it's a bit different every single time.

 

I get a whole LOT of rose every time, which isn't one of my favorites, but I've been putting up with it. For the first 2 days, it stayed very flowery, with a bit of something sweet to it. Somewhat different both days, but along the same lines. Today, I'm getting the lemon that people seem to be picking up, along w/the rose still, and I actually really like it. Which is good, because I get some mega throw on this.

 

As for what it does...I have to say that as son as I put it on, it's like INSTANT happy! At first I thought maybe it was just me really hoping it would do that, but today I was in a hellish mood, grumpy as all get out, annoyed that my fiance was making me leave the house and be social because I really just wanted to stay home and be lazy. I opened up my bpal drawer, thought 'why not?', and dabbed a bit on again today. Mood = instantly better, as soon as it touched my skin. And not just 'okay I can handle this today now', but more 'let's DO this! Wheeeeeee!!!'

 

This'll be one I'll be using only when I need it I think (I'm always afraid I'll come to rely on these things, or 'wear them out' I guess), but I'm so glad I got a bottle (004, for anyone curious )!!!

Just received this today!

 

This is...delicious. Thick and warm and delicious.

 

I have also discovered I must amp honey, because the honey is REALLY strong on me. I get whiffs of cinnamon and wine and the slightest bit of vanilla at times, but mostly...it's the honey. I'm not sure this is a 'wear a lot' scent, but it certainly is a special occasion scent!

I'm not sure about this one. I ADORE lemon, but I think the sugar comes out much more strongly on me!

 

In the bottle it's fantastic. Smells like one of those candy gummy lemon wedges. On me...the lemon first turns fairly sour, and then the sugar comes out. REALLY comes out. I feel like I smell more like a Strawberry Shortcake doll than anything. I like it, but I'm not sure I love it.
