    Follow Me Boy

This has a heady, sexy smell in the bottle. But when I put it on my skin all I get is lemon masking the scent of cat pee. I was hoping I'd like it, but nope.

    I Died For Beauty

The first whiff is all florals, but on my skin it mellows out and there is a background of light sweetness. Nectar perhaps? But it remains very much like a flower garden on my skin. I like this smell, but it's not for me. I don't like the overwhelmingly floral scent.

    Vechernyaya

Whoa, there's just a bit too much musk in this one for me. It smells nice, but it's not for me, mostly because I don't want to wear that much musk.

    Sin

This smells great and I love the notes listed, but for some reason it just does not stand out or really strike me with a "wow!". I think this must be because I tried Lust first, and this just doesn't measure up to the sexy sinfulness of that scent. I'm a bit biased I think.

    Thanatopsis

While I generally like the smell of pine, this was too much. It was like a distillate of pine sap to my nose, rather than a blend that had a hint of pine which is what I really like and prefer. Maybe layered with something else it would be nice, but on its own it just does not work for me.

    Velvet Cthulhu

Mmm, wow. I think this has to be one of my favorites! I don't get the wasabi so much as I can smell the tea. And there's a lovely blend of the sage and cedar in here. For all the ingredients, it's not that foody smelling. Whoever identified it as a very green scent is spot on. It's a nice green scent that's refreshing. And there's a hint of spice, though not in the traditional sense of spice... not sure if I'm describing that well at all!

    Dragon's Milk

First of all, I love the color of this oil! And the scent is soooo yummy. It wasn't what I was expecting, but in a good sort of way. It's this creamy, slightly sweet blend, that comes across as very sensual to me. It's not terribly foody, which is nice, but it's just slightly so.

    Shango

This is pure fruit! It starts off slightly tropical and bright, but then mellows out, so it's less like the scent of fresh crushed fruit and more like the scent of warmed in the sun fruit. There's something deeper lurking underneath though, but I can't pinpoint it, but it lends warmth and depth to the scent.

Straight from the imp it is definitely a glowy scent, but it really becomes alive on my skin and starts to shine. It's a complex scent that I can't pick individual notes out of, but I do get the vague sense of a pulsating glow. It's unusual and pleasant, though it doesn't stand out to me particularly like some of the other perfumes do, but I kind of like it. I think I need some more tries though before i come up with a final verdict.

    Undertow

This reminds me of a peaceful beach shore. There's a light scent of salty ocean to it, but without being too overwhelming in that respect, and then there's also the scent of some sub-tropical flowers and undergrowth in the background. But underneath it all there's something dark lurking beneath the serene exterior. It's a really lovely and evocative scent for me.

    Hurricane

This reminds me a bit of Undertow, which I've got on my other wrist for comparison, except it is most definitely tangier. It's also muskier, and has this sort of sour and unpleasant undertone. It's not really a scent that I enjoy on myself, though it does smell quite pleasant in the imp. Almost a very light lemony scent, without the sourness attached to it. Though that does seem to come up on my skin.

    Paris

I've never really been a fan of lavender, and this blend is potent with it. Except, it's just a bit stronger than most lavenders that I've smelt and morphs from a slightly soapy lavender to a strong, sharp scent of fresh crushed lavender.

    Tenochtitlan

In the imp it smells slightly sour, though I can't pinpoint what sort of sour thing it is that I'm smelling. On my skin the smell opens up into sour citrus, before the sourness completely fades and it's this pleasant blend of scents with a definite bit of that prickly pear in there. Just as I'm starting to enjoy it, it fades out on me and I don't really smell anything anymore.

    The Phantom Wooer

This is a pretty floral scent for me. There's a slight bit of sharpness buried in there, too, but it's mostly just cloyingly floral. While pleasant, it's just not for me.

    Penny Dreadful

It starts off smelling vaguely like old perfume and then fades away into a slightly musty smell. But then it goes slightly sour on me and there's a hint of cat pee in the background.

    Tweedledee

I'm really not sure how to describe this scent! There's a definite slightly-sweet citrus note in there that becomes more prominent as the scent dries on my skin. However, there's also this tangled mass of lush tropical vines that is overlaid which piques my interest and makes this scent truly interesting. I keep sniffing at it, because it's nice and yet... strange and not quite placeable.

    Windward Passage

Oh my, this is pure salty tang! It's like being at the beach on a sunny day, though the wind is gusting somewhat and carrying a salty smell over the hot sands. It's a little like the opposite of The Deep Ones. However, in the background there is a hint of soapiness, so I'm not entirely sure I like this scent.

    Obatala

This is all bright, creamy tropicalness. It's refreshingly light/bright and airy. It reminds me a little of tropical fruit sitting in the sun and a light breeze carrying a whiff of fresh coconut and pineapple towards me.

    Lyonesse

This is a pleasing and light scent that is the exactly right color for the smell I get from it. It's so lovely and well-blended that I get more of a composite effect rather than individual notes. Mostly there's vanilla and sandalwood, but with far more complexity to it than just those two ingredients.

    Alecto

I got this as a frimp and wasn't expecting much from it, but it certainly surprised me!! It's wonderfully mellow and greeny with a touch of spice in the form of the cedar that isn't overpowering at all. The cedar note seems to make this one and tie it all together into a very calm green with a hint of spice. As it dries down, the cedar becomes much more noticeable, but so does the slight hint of fruit that keeps the cedar in check, but I definitely like it that way. I looove the smell of cedar and this form of it is so mild and not as astringent as cedar can sometimes be to my nose.

    Nero

It smelled crisp and light, with a hint of bittery lemon, in the bottle. When I applied it to my skin, it started to get all weird on me. It smells like pinesol with a hint of cigarette smoke in the background.

    Dragon's Musk

I was expecting a much heavier and muskier scent than I got from this one. In the bottle it was fairly tame, and on my skin it calmed even more before it turned sour and unpleasant on me.

    The Witch's Garden

Oooh, this one is lovely. I'm not usually one for florals, since a lot of them can in my opinion smell sort of artificial, but this one is just plain lovely. It's got a nice crispness and delicacy to it and smells simply divine. Driving to the store I kept sniffing at my wrist. For some reason I am thinking "plumeria" or honeysuckle, but whatever it is, it's simply delicious and very lush smelling.

    J-Horror

This scent is pure yumminess! The first whiff from the bottle was definitely sweet orange, but it finished on a slightly non-astringent eucalyptus note. On my skin it really opened up and I can smell the mint, but it's gentle, and a light tang of black licorice. This one just flat out rocks.

    Giallo

The label picture on this one is awesome! The description caught my interest and I thought it would smell a little more sexy and far less dirty than it does on me, so it's kind of a disappointment. It morphed like crazy for me. In the bottle it was this delicious musky scent tempered by a hint of sweet orange. As soon as I applied it to my skin it began to open up into something a bit more complex. However, after a while it morphed into pure tobacco smoke and turned completely gross.
