  1. In the imp: Musk & a bit of cranberry

Wet: I pick up the spiciness with musk. My skin is really amping the musk, so it's hard to pick up the cranberry or lily notes

On the dry down: the muskiness tempers a bit so I can kind of pick up the berry & floral notes along with spices.

A bit too overwhelming for my taste.

  2. In the bottle, smoky and bitter.

Wet on skin, more of a woodsy scent, smoky floral, and I smell the cloves again.

As it dries on skin, even more smoky. Just a little of this oil goes a long way.

ETA: Within an hour, this scent amped into something beautiful. The bitter smokiness is now gone and is replaced with a divine spicy amber and clove scent. I went from disliking to really enjoying it. Might be a keeper as an imp.

  3. In the bottle, I smell spicy musk. Sweet, but not too sweet.

Wet on skin, again, sweet & spicy musk. I am not getting any floral scent from this, which is good. I typically don't care for floral scents.

Definitely reminds me of a chilly, fall night. As with most of the Haunted House series, I love this scent too. A perfect embodiment of Halloween.

  4. In the bottle, I can immediately smell the moss and mold with a hint of sweetness.

Wet on the skin, the incense comes to the forefront.

As it dries, I can smell every single note....I love this scent, almost as much as The Chilling Cellar. It's very melancholy and rich. Perfect for the Halloween season.
