  1. The Lab processes orders in a roughly chronological queue, however things speed up or slow down depending on what you ordered. I've never worked at the Lab, so I don't know all the ins and outs, but the way I understand it is, basically, if everything you ordered is on hand and doesn't need a new batch blended or bottles filled, it gets filled quicker because it doesn't have to wait, a Labbie can just grab everything and stick it in a box. There's no way to control this or speed up your orders.


  2. The Lab does not address customer service issues on the forum, which is why the PM was not responded to.

     

    Are you using a gmail type account for your email? If not, let me know and I can mail you an invite to that service. It is by far the most reliable in getting emails back from the Lab. A LOT of other providers spamfilter the Lab because of some idiots awhile back using blackphoenixalchemylab.com fake addresses in sending out spam.


  3. No, I think it's ok. Beth said that the Hillhurst addy is not an error on the site, so I'd leave it at that. It's good to know that you can use either, though, and anyone who has already got one order from the Lab (since the move anyway) will have the other addy...


  4. I would actually hold off on ordering until you hear back from answers @ blackphoenixalchemylab dot com...I'm not sure that the Hillhurst addy is still good. I'll try to get ahold of Beth on this, but my best bet would be the return address on your recently received order.
