    Fairy Wine

In the imp: Red currant is definitely the prominent note - completely engulfing the dandelion and honey. I think I detect the slightest hint of honey trying to balance the powerful fruity smell, but dandelion is completely absent. It smells like a sweet piece of hard candy!! Wet: There's the dandelion!!! It comes as a pleasantly surprising after-taste to the fruity red currant. Dry: An even balance of dandelion and red currant playing nicely together! This scent is very yummy! It's a pleasant blend of fruity and floral, neither being too strong or dominant over the other. It's very sweet both in smell, taste, and nature.

    Eat Me

In the imp: A sweet cake baking in an oven! It promises to satisfy my sweet tooth! Wet: The same impression as in an imp, yet not as strong. Dry: They foody, cakey impression is subdued, and now vanilla mixed with sweet, subtle berries comes into the foreground. This is another BPAL scent that I enjoy both in and out of the bottle. It's alluring while still within its containment, but it's absolutely delicious once applied to my skin! Yet another scent to be added to my "buy a big bottle!" list!

    Dorian

In the imp: The sweetest, most delicious smelling tea with a hint of lemon and vanilla teasing me deep within. It's YUMMY!!! Wet: Lemon becomes more prominent. Dry: A light, pleasant, vanilla musk. Beautiful!!! This is the first BPAL scent I've tried that I loved both in an imp and on my skin!!! It's stunning in both forms. It soothes and comforts yet refreshes and invigorates. I will definitely have to purchase a bigger bottle of this lovely scent!!!

    Cheshire Cat

In the imp: Definitely citrusy - the grapefruit is the most prominent note. Wet on my skin: The grapefruit fades almost immediately, and chamomile moves into the foreground with the slightest hint of lavender. Dry: Soft, powdery, almost floral - an even mixture of chamomile and lavender. It lingers on my skin lightly, but I like it! This scent is very soothing, which is ironic to me - the Cheshire Cat is such a devious little scamp!!! I'm going to have to buy some more if I decide to stick with this scent, because I'll have to slather it on my wrists every hour - it just doesn't last long enough on me.

    Alice

This will be my first review!!! In an imp: I can definitely smell a sweetened (yet sour), subtle bit o' honey with milk and carnation hovering underneath both ever so slightly. It's a bittersweet first impression. Wet on my skin: The bitterness of the milk and honey fades, and the carnation prominently moves into the foreground. Dry: The carnation sticks around, and the rose comes out to play along with it. It has a powdery scent, but it's not as starch as baby powder. It lasts quite a while, too! As a newbie to BPAL I appreciate the subtleness of this scent - much of the other imps I've purchased thus far have been a bit overwhelming. Alice is soft, light, and innocent. I particularly love that the floral notes have lingered longest on my skin. I definitely need to purchase a bottle!
