    Wrath

This smells like hot tamales and smoke. This is one of those that totally lives up to its name, it’s a strong, mean scent (with a little sweetness that is the hot tamale candy scent heh). Normally I try to outlast the perfume, but this one is actually giving me a headache  Into the swap pile for you!

    Whitechapel

this smells of lemons, kitchen cleaner, with a touch of flowers and to top it off a dab of my husbands cologne...I’m actually surprised at how pleasant this is, is a very light bright scent, my only complaint that it seemed to fade really fast on me, if I bring my nose right down to my wrist and take a whiff I can definitely smell it, but its not something that has much throw…and by much I mean none at all.

    Midnight on the Midway (2006)

This makes me think of sugar covered flowers. When I first put it on its very much flowers like so much so my allergies start to get all fuzzled (I just took another deep sniff of the imp for this review and have been sneezing), soon the flowers start to fade and it becomes this back and forth from the sguar and the flowers. The strange I keep finding myself saying "Wow this is great!" and then changing to "do I really need this?", the answer to this is yes. I think I do!

    Grand Guignol

This is such a wonderful summer scent. This is something to wear when you are out and about and the sun is shining and all is good in the world, or for just laying in the yard watching the sunset and the clouds go by. On me this is all about the apricot, a nice sweet apricot (with maybe even a touch of floral like back scent), this stays strong for hours. The longer I wear this the more I love it

    Dragon's Claw

I never thought I would like Dragon's Blood, most of the times I have gotten a whiff of the single note I have never thought it would be a "me" scent, but Dragon's Claw was a frimp and I have been shocked in the past so I like to try everything that comes my way at least once. Dragon's Claw starts off as a woody incense smell, with what seems to be a hint of something sweet. As it dries it really mellows out and reminds me of something that you would smell in a New Age shop, or just some spiced wood. Not for me, but at least I have found Dragon's Blood isn't as scary as I thought it was

    Hell's Belle

This has a nice almost candy like sweetness that plays very nicely with the florals. My only complaint is that it is soo mellow and seemed to have disapered soon after I put it on, one of those, really close to the wrist to get a whiff scents.

    Boomslang

I have tried 5 snakes now and I could honestly just copy and paste this review here for all of them, just changing the top notes around to fit each one. Anyway here is what happened In the imp: Smells like a Minty Chocolate Bar, oh yeah this is also super chocolate brown as well, I thought it was going to stain my skin it was so brown On Skin: Still smells like a Minty Chocolate bar, nice and creamy. 15 Mins Later: It does what every other snake does, gets my hopes up, and then turns into Snake Oil. I haven't tried snake oil, nothing of the chocolate or anything else, just snake oil. Which tends to cling close to my skin, and while wonderful, its nothing different. May keep around but not something I need a big bottle of

    Ophelia

I think I need to come to terms with the fact that regardless of anything else written in the description, if it mentions rose, then thats all I'll get. When I first put this on its almost overwhelming how much rose I get, but it does mellow out as it dries down and eventually sticks close to my skin, but still the scent doesn't change and it remains rose the whole time. This one just isn't for me.

    Nosferatu

I put this on and was like "wow this smells like soap!" I started to read the reviews and was like "Wait a second what are these people seeing/smelling that I'm not?!" so I have been reading and sniffing and finally found others that smell the same thing I do. It smells like dish soap, a slightly sweet dish soap mind you, but dish soap nontheless! Into the swap pile you go you evil clean vampire you!
  10. I am bringing this back in hopes that people have some recommendations for ones that help keep you motivated WHILE you are working out? Lucky for me the only person I can "stink out" is my hubby so suggestaway!

    Mme. Moriarty, Misfortune Teller (2006)

This is another one that I needed to try due to peer pressure . The Imp kinda scares me, it smells dark and makes me think of dark shops full of unique nicnaks On my skin it starts to morph from pomegranate to patchouli to read musk. Its dark, fruity, spicy, and incense. Its like she has multiple personalities all trying to come out at the same time. As it dries down it starts to get sweeter, but still has this wonderful darkness that I am slowly falling in love with.

    Inez

I’m easily influenced by other people, so when everyone was raving about Inez I just had to see what was up with her, and now I can see why! She is soft and sweet and so very warm. The Vanilla and the Amber are the two big notes that stand out. My only complaint is that she clings very close to my skin, which could be sexy as only someone close to me will be able to smell her ;D Definitely going to be getting a bottle of her before the Carney’s leave town

    The Lion

warm and golden. It reminds me of a nice soft inscent. Its a wonderful simple scent that even my husband loves (and might be willing to share with me )

    Blue Fire

This wasn’t something that was on my radar by any means, but I’m a sucker for anything with the word Blue in it, and when I had a chance to a bunch of Tiki scents at the same time I just couldn’t resist having this on my list. This is the first of the Tiki’s to go boozy on me, and the blueberry and lemongrass really stand out. The papaya starts to come out a little more over time and eventually mellows out with the blueberry. I can’t believe I wasn’t going to give this a chance!

    Vice

Vice is the first oil that has gone on and disapeared almost instantly. I can just hear Vice telling me now "I'm so sorry, I don't know what happened?! Seriously I normally last a good long time, wow, I hope we can still be friends?" In the imp it smells of chocolate covered cherries and I was all a flutter for it, but I just don't think Vice and I can work out after this...

    Tweedledum

In the imp: Fresh Mangos On Me: It starts off with a nice strong sweet mango smell and then slowly mellows out to this very light mango tea like scent. Its wonderfully fun and fruity, I just wish it was stronger, though I do think that this would do very nicely as a lotion! I might even just use up the rest of this imp just for that

    Regan

I find that if I don’t like a scent my reviews tend to be rather short ;D that being said… Regan started off smelling like super strong spices with just a touch of vanilla, I really didn’t care much for the beginning of it as it was just a big mishmash of stuff. I did leave it on though and several hours later it cooled down to a nice vanilla with a touch of spice, still not something I am in love with

    Hymn to Proserpine

This was little more then a dirty musk on me, which broke my heart when I was reading what others had experienced with it. I kept hoping that it would change but it never did :/ Oh well maybe next time

    Oh, the strawberries, the strawberries!

I think I'm the only insane person that gets this but Aunt Carolines Joy mojo turns to Starwberry shortcake on me, but again I am slighlty nutty

    Athens

Ever since Athens started to rev up on me this morning I have had “Sweet Cherry Wine” stuck in my head, cause I don’t think anything else describes it better. It starts out super sweet and dry wineish, then I start to amp up the honey and it turns into a nice honeyed red wine, and that’s how it remains for the rest of the day. Overall a nice scent, but not something I am going to go buy a big bottle of

    Eden

Smells of sweet honey with a touch of fruit, as it dries I start to get the coconut, but its like coconut milk and honey mmmm this is wonderful so far! After awhile this doesn’t change much, I get a little more of a fruit scent (guessing the fig) but it remains a creamy honeyed coconut on me.

    Green Tree Viper

This is my first try into the world of Snake Oil and thus the snake pit! The imp smells of over powering peppermint to me, it was like opening up a new bag of fresh peppermint leaves, honestly I was rather scared to put this on, but once I did it mellowed out to be a nice sweet peppermint chocolate chip scent on me. It continues to mellow out for about a half an hour and then just settles on a nice sweet mintflavor.

    Pumpkin Queen

It smells like rich Pumpkin Cheesecake! An hour later: Wait Cheesecake come back! I have so much more love to give  why must you leave me? Seriously though this really kinda disappears on me, I mean I can still smell it when I put my nose right up to my wrist, and sometimes when I swift my arm around, but other then that its not the nice strong cheesecake I once had 

    Fae

It takes about 20 mins for me to be able to start smelling this, but when I do all I get is light peaches with a hint of flowers, it never really changed into anything more then Peaches. It reminds rather close to my skin, but I found leaves a nice impression after I leave an area (my husband commenting on how I smell after I left my desk 10 mins. Earlier)

    Cockaigne

The Land of Plenty, also called Luilekkerland – the Lazy, Luscious Land: milk and honey, sweet cakes and wine. Earlier) Smells like nice buttery English Toffee, om nom nom nom. It really starts to mellow out and becomes more of a buttery butterscotch, at first I thought it was a soapy smell, but reading the scents I am wondering if that tang is from the wine? All I can say is that this scent fills me with glee
