  1. In The Bottle:

The rose is predominant, but the honey has really sweetened it. It reminds me more of sugared rose petals, like they use on desserts.

    On My Skin:

It's non-descript on me. I smell nice. If this were a colour, it would be beige.

    Later That Day:

    It's gone.

I wish that this had just a bit more body. Unfortunately, it came and went and didn't really leave an impression.

  2. In The Bottle:

Club soda with apricot liquer on the back porch. It makes me want to put on an "I like the way it swishes" summer dress and lip gloss.

    On My Skin:

This scent is so happy to be out of the bottle. It's dancing around me, warm and playful. I can see how some might construe it as "young" but I don't care. I'll do what pleases me, and it pleases me to wear this.

    Later That Day:

I smell like a sunbeam. Gorgeous.

  3. In The Bottle:

I smell lavander, but it's mingled with the suggestion of moisture. The corner of the garden where moss grows.

    On My Skin:

Jasmine, with a hard edge. It's overpowering.

    Later that day:

It's gone soapy on me. I smell like Thrills gum. I'll give it a try some other time to be sure, but I don't think this is for me.

  4. My first review, so please bear with me.......

    In The Bottle:

I smell pomegranate, but not just the full, dark seeds that burst between my teeth. There's something sneaky here, that occasional piece that hasn't quite turned, catching in the corner of my cheek and leaving my mouth to water from the tartness.

    On My Skin:

The rose pushes through. It wraps itself around the fruit, confusing my nose. There's a battle of wills here, the rose is winning, but is bruised now, softer. The pomegranate has lost its' edge. It's sweet but not demanding. Smells a little like Turkish Delight.

    Later That Day:

I am in love with this scent. It's all of my curves. It's having my hair played with. It's making love on a Sunday morning. It's sleepy, soft, welcoming. I wear this and I'm a Vargas Girl.

  5. For those of you who have been waiting a while..........HAVE FAITH!!!!!!

My order of imp's ears just arrived, and I placed the order on 02/18. I am so freakin' excited, I just about peed.

I'm in Canada, so for you folks up here with me who are a little worried, hang tight.

Elizabeth, you are a very generous woman. I will write more when my head stops spinning from pleasure.
