All I can tell is that this is a soft, dusty floral. I don't really know what I'm smelling, which is weird because I can usually identify a note or two here or there. This one is just really well blended, very delicate, and quietly feminine.

Lily and skin musk, with just a touch of honey. This is light and golden and sexual.

Whoa, this is dark dark dark. Dark, even. Very, very dark. It's a bit dusty / musty, which I'm going to blame on the amber. VERY patchouli. Other than that, I don't know what most of the other notes are, other than myrrh, which I know that I am not detecting on its own right now. This one kind of knocks me on my ass, and I haven't decided if that's a good thing or not just yet. I want to try it with Black Moon and see how they play together, because I've heard it works really well.

This is a strong floral blend. It reminds me of a funeral home, where you gather during the wake to comfort family and friends of the departed. But it's not that depressing and dark, it's almost... hopeful. Comforting. I always amp lily when it's in a blend, and this is no exception. I don't get any of the sandalwood or musk yet, so this is almost entirely floral, but with a touch of sweetness from the honey (which is the note for which this blend was purchased). I'm going to hang onto it and see how it ages, as well as how it morphs on my skin as it fades throughout the day. Right now, it's a little too floral for me.

This is very green and softly herbal. It is only the slighest bit sweetened with the honey, and is very warm and almost... wheaty.

This is primarily honey and juniper, which pleases me because I bought it for the honey note. It is cool and green, with only the slightest touch of melon (again, a greenish melon... like honeydew) and maybe a hint of smoky tobacco. Not what I was expecting, but definitely one that I am very glad I bought a bottle.

Wet, this is all peaches and apples. As it dries, it retains some of the fruitiness, but the orange blossom softens it and there is just the slightest touch of smoky skin musk and frankincense. This is close-to-the-skin blend. Very subtle, very soft, and very warm and sexy.

Warm herbal tea, slightly sweetened. I can't tell if it's the sugar cane or the honey, but it's only very slight. The tea is light, not heavy or strong. It reminds me of the very pale cup of tea you get at a Chinese restaurant. This is a warm, comforting blend.

In the bottle and wet on the skin, this blend is sharp and astringent. I kept screaming at my wrists for it to mellow a bit. It's been dry for about an hour now and it's finally starting to calm somewhat, but the throw is all red booze. At first it was mostly wine, but now that I know that there's a cognac note in this, I can definitely see a similarity to the throw I got from Imp of the Perverse. Closer to the skin, I can smell the myrrh and cassia. It's kind of woody smelling, but I don't really see any woods in this. Maybe the gurjum balsam? I'm not sure. I bought this for the honey note, so I'm hanging onto it to see if it emerges more as the blend ages. All in all, a very interesting and complex blend. ETA: Holy crap, as this has continued to morph throughout the day, the cognac note has sweetened with the help of the honey and lightened up considerably and is just gorgeous. It reminds me of the cognac note in Formula 54 as well as previously mentioned Imp of the Perverse. I am totally in love with this blend and am so glad I sprang for a bottle, unsniffed.

This is spiced cakes on me... little to no milk or honey and definitely no wine at this point. It definitely reminds me of other foody cake scents, much like the Monster Baits. I bought it for the honey note, so I'm definitely going to hold onto it and see how it ages. It's very delicious, nonetheless. ETA: This morning, I could still smell it on my skin. It turned into a maple syrup like blend, similar to Sugar Skull. Very interesting.

Smoky, spiced florals. I was nervous because opium doesn't usually work on me, but this is gorgeous. Very incensual and mysterious. I wasn't really sure what chrysanthemum would smell like on me, but it's light and beautiful, not heavy or cloying. That red ginger note is to die for.

Redwood, red sandalwood, black pepper, blonde tobacco and frankincense. Sweet woods. Looking at the notes in the blend, I am very surprised that there is no musk in this. This reminds me of a red musk or some other sweet musk note.

Out of the bottle and wet on the skin, this is a chill fruity floral. The pear and the cucumber are really only apparent during this stage. As it dried, it became more floral. Something kept threatening to take over that smells a lot on my skin like jasmine, but reviewing the list of notes on here, I don't see any jasmine. I'm not sure what it is, then, because it crawls up the back of my neck and tightens its vice just like jasmine does. There is something else trying to temper it and make it less sharp and astringent. This is pretty, but I don't know if it's me. I'm hanging onto it until I test Schwarzer Mond on its own, and then try them together, which I have read yields very positive results.

This started out very lime-y and cool, but as it's dried the musk warms it up a little bit and the green tea comes out. The seaspray is taking it to a soapy place, so I'm hoping that disappears a bit more as the day goes on. The mint doesn't really pop on me at all, but they never really do. I think I might let this one sit for a couple of weeks and give it a try again to see how it ages, if at all. I'd really like the tea to be stronger, and for it to not be so soapy.

This is a sweet, warm, perfumic blend. I think the myrrh and the amber are the most prominent right now (I've had it on about fifteen minutes), and it's very golden and light. I bought this for the honey note, so I'm hoping that comes out a bit more as it morphs with my skin chemistry, but it's already very beautiful. There's the red musk in the background, and the frankincense works well with that to make it kind of smoky and incense-y. I don't really get any of the white sandalwood or cypress, because I always expect woods to be dry scents, and there's really nothing dry about this blend. I can't pick out the hyssop, other than that there's a little tiny almost undetectible touch of floral to the blend.

Resinous and floral. Soft and feminine. People are saying rose in their reviews, and I guess I can see that, but it doesn't smell like rose blends usually smell on my skin. Perhaps it's a different variety of rose? I'm not sure. I just really like how this is dusty and sweet and soft.

Woods and sweet spices. When I first applied this, it was almost overbearing in its heaviness. But it's lightened up quite a bit as it's dried. I think there is a bit of patchouli in this, but it doesn't take over the blend like it normally does. I wish I could tell what the sweetness comes from, because it's a very pretty note, whatever it is, and I'd like to find other blends with this particular note. It's very soft and feminine, which is interesting in contrast to the heaviness of the spices and the rich wood note I'm getting.

This is sweet herbs and resins. I get a little bit of citrus, but it's a light, bright, white citrus and not a normal blast o' sunshine like oranges or lemons. It's only a little bit musky, but that could also be the woods and resins adding a bit of dry dustiness to the blend. This is very light and pretty. I'm glad I wore it today because it's not overwhelming in the 100+ degree heat we're dealing with here.

This one is victim to the amber = baby powder curse of my skin chemistry. Fortunately, I am still able to tell just how golden this blend is. I think the vanilla musk and the carnation add just a touch of spice to that baby powder scent. Unfortunately, the powder is so strong I don't think this one really works.

Wow, I have no idea what happened with this but it smells awful on me. I get none of the notes listed at all, even remotely. Sadness.

This is a super sweet floral. I can't really tell which flower is which, but honey mead is definitely the dominant note on my skin. This is bright and golden. Really beautiful.

This is warm and spicy and sweetly resinous. I don't know what the spices are that I am smelling, but there is a very golden incense smell to this, and a rich wood note. It's definitely not a dry wood like sandalwood, but warm and polished.

Jasmine, which I normally hate, but this one is a bit drier and maybe a little bit more resinous? Or woodsy? I'm not sure which, I just know that I can barely tolerate jasmine in any blend and this one is not giving me a headache at all. ADDED July 9: This is almost entirely jasmine, with a very slight hint of aquatic notes.

Sweet, dark wood. Resinous incense. Not what I pictured for Pluto, but I really like it. A touch masculine, but works well for me on those androgynous days.

Out of the bottle and wet on the skin, this had a very distinct "Froot Loops" smell to it. Now that it's dry, though, it is a lovely, cool powder. And not nasty baby powder, but a woman's delicate dusting powder. Very hard for me to describe, as it goes against just about everything I like in a perfume oil, but it is lovely and feminine.
