    Roman Chamomile

This is more of a medicinal scent for me, since I don't really like how it smells. I sniff little dabs of it when I'm feeling an instant need to relax - and it seems to work quite well. I'd still choose chamomile tea in a pinch though. Just the thought of it is soothing.

    Antique Lace

The original description of Antique Lace didn't sound like anything specifically exciting, but the wave of unhappiness after it was discontinued made me curious. I was lucky enough to pick up a few bottles at Convergence, and oh my god, everything that people say about Antique Lace is true. It's so very very worth the hype, and it holds a permanent place in my top five scents of all time (and possibly my top three). Antique Lace is what I wanted Chaste Moon (and Milk Moon for that matter) to be. It's the stronger, more seductive older sister of Snow White. It's the perfect perfect perfect vanilla, and it lasts for hours on my skin. I love putting it on right before I go to sleep, and even though it's not too much of a summer scent, I have big plans for the winter. I've seen many a bottle going on eBay for upwards of $70, and I love a profit as much as the next girl, but honestly, you'd still have to pry my last bottle out of my cold, dead hands. This one is never coming back, and just smelling it makes me so happy that I really don't want to live without it.

    Ingenue

Ingenue showed up as a gift imp a few orders back. I'd heard nice things about it, and so before throwing it into the swap pile, I decided to give it a quick try. It turned out to be an excellent decision. I don't tend to like florals or melon, but somehow they combine perfectly in Ingenue giving me just enough of each fragrance to feel like there's a gentle cooling cloud surrounding me wherever I go. It's one of my top summer fragrances. In fact, I'm wearing it right now. I don't know why this one was continued, but I'm going to assume that it wasn't because of lack of interest or positive response, being that almost everybody seems to love it. I'd be thrilled if it came back.

    White Light

White Light smells almost empty to me - more about what's not there than what is there. I haven't smelled Yog-Sothoth yet, but from the reviews, it seems somewhat the same in terms of scent (or lack thereof). I use tiny dabs in easily sniffable places when I'm feeling overwhelmed and need to focus on what's important instead of all of the little pointless stuff. AR was out when I went there, but I'm going again in a few weeks, and hopefully this time I'll get lucky. Until then, I'll treasure my half-imp.

    Lionheart

I'm horrible at describing smells and identifying notes, which is why I've been avoiding reviewing like the plague, but I'm going to give it a try anyway, because the TAL oils have so few reviews. Lion Heart is *amazing*. Out of all the TAL oils I've tried or sniffed, it was the one that I just couldn't leave without. The combination of lavender, honey, and maybe a touch of amber (remember, I suck at notes) is just lovely on me, and whenever I sniff it, I feel much more capable of handling the world. Unlike Dragon's Heart - which I wear when I need a mild boost of courage or energy, I save Lion Heart for the times that I need to bring out the big guns. It hasn't failed me yet. I've been decanting and swapping/selling off as much of it as I felt I could spare, because I really feel that this is an oil that should be experienced by as many people as humanly possible. I don't want to let go of too much of it though, because it's capable of making such a difference for me. In fact, I'm hoping to pick up another bottle the next time I go to AR. Whew! I've survived my first review!
