  1. Mmmmm I am sooo happy that this is not by any means cough syrupy, and trust me, I am very familiar with the smell of cough syrup.

Upon opening the bottle, this smells exactly like a juicy cherry Starbrust with an undertone of red zinger tea.

Once on my skin, the juicy candy cherry scent dies down, and the red zinger tea-like smell dominates, then much later it eventually becomes a vaguely creamy vanilla fruity tea like scent. It is a very lusciously delicious scent and very appropriate for Halloween! It makes my mouth water, and evokes the image and feeling of plush blood red velvet. :wub2:

  2. Oh wow, this is lovely.

I am not usually a fan of florals, and this is certainly a floral scent, but it is just absolutely beautiful. It is sweet and golden, a bit spicy, and truly authentic smelling. For the first minute or so on my skin it almost smells like gardenias, but then dries down to a feisty powdery lily/honey scent. Love! :wub2:

  3. This stuff is really potent, so potent in fact that it left a yellow stain on my skin. Snake Oil and I have a love/hate relationship, it unfortunately turns to spicy play dough on my skin, but I find that there are times when I crave it terribly.

  4. Just a review on its effectiveness; The first time I wore it, I met my current boyfriend out of the blue. I hadn't been in a relationship, let alone a date even, for over two years. He just randomly started talking to me and we have been together ever since. It was too bizarre to be written off as a coincidence, but I didn't immediately believe that it was simply the oils work. I wore it again a few days ago , putting it on in the morning, and later forgotten I had anything on, and was perplexed as to why strangers were being so nice to me and giving me so many complements, at the end of the day I remembered that I had anointed myself with Arabian Nights. This stuff works!!!!

  5. I had initially disliked Black Hellebore, but I have just rediscovered my imp and decided to give it another try, and I am certainly glad I did! It must have aged well, because it smells utterly gorgeous! It reminds me of this expensive lotion that I sampled at a spa in Paris. It smells green and flowery, but not oppressively floral, more of a sexy dark green wet floral. When I put it on it immediately invoked images of a night time garden, and thick, dew covered fragrant leaves. I love this! :P

  6. Lemon verbena, lavender, and ginger is all I get from this. Very vibrant! On my skin, it smells like lemon candy, and seems to perk up my senses rather then make me sleepy. I am going to wear it to bed tonight, so I'll update later on its effectiveness!

  7. My first bpal love :P I can't get enough of this! It smells clean, sweet and delicious. Very feminine. It reminds me of clean sheets and marshmallows. Whoever said that it smelled like baby marshmallows tucked into a clean soft blanket was right on the money! I want drown in this stuff. It definitely gets better as it warms up with my skin, allowing the sweet lovely vanilla marshmallowiness to really bloom. I love you Antique lace!!!!!!!

  8. Ok, I am so so sooo sorry about this, but I am going to have to be brutally honest regarding vice.

I was expecting sweet, deep, fruity florals, but what vice truly smells like is bathroom cleaner from hell. Who knew that chocolate, cherry, and orange blossom could turn out smelling so sickly sweet, foul, and putrid. upon smelling this I was overcome with a wave of nausea, and believe me, it didn't get any better on my skin. For those of you that enjoy this scent, I applaud you, I just couldn't hang. This goes on my most unpleasant olfactory experiences list, in between pig sty, and dog droppings. :P

I am never buying a full bottle unsniffed ever again. :D

  9. my first review (bear with me) :

Am I the only one who gets orange out of this? In the bottle it smells like an orange and vanilla cream Popsicle. I'm assuming it must be the ginger flower, but my nose is registering it as faintly orange or citrus, which is not a bad thing, its very refreshing! Wet on skin, it still smells like an orange cream sickle, but it gets more creamy and vanilla-y and slightly more floral. Dry, the orange disappears and it becomes a light, pleasant, floral, vanilla that smells absolutely beautiful.

    I love this. :P
