$70 bought 30lbs of (good, grain-free as always) dog food, 3 toys for the terriers, and a new bed for Salome. I guess it's bad that I feel like that's a good deal.

More Rite of Spring this morning. I hate Disney for making me think of dinosaurs when I hear parts of it, but I love how Stravinsky captured the feeling of primitive pagan rituals. Makes me wanna go out and sacrifice a virgin.

Skye people: does anyone know of any skyes in NYC? There's a black one we've seen in a neighborhood close to ours in northern NJ, but I've never seen any in the city aside from ours!
