  1. This was all rancid baby-vomit on me. So was 2005, though, so either I just don't like the milk note (although I love Dana O'Shee. . . ), my skin chemistry hates it or. . .something else. I'm not sure. I didn't like the smell in the bottle and once I put it on, all I could think was the smell of baby spit-up. Not a favorite.

  2. I was really looking forward to this one. I swapped for it and waited impatiently for my decant to arrive.

Let me issue a disclaimer: I understand why people like it - but it was nothing like I expected. To me, it was really heavy and masculine and just not for me at all. I sent it off to a patchouli fiend and she's happy as Larry. :P

  3. This is not in my top ten. Nowhere near it, in fact. Not even close. I hardly ever wear it.

    BUT:

    I love it.

The carnation and phlox are soft, sweet and slightly spicy and the sugar doesn't overwhelm or smell burnt (i.e., Sugar Skull). It's just a light, pretty, happy scent for days when I'm feeling girly and frivolous. And there's no better bottle art. Period. :P

  4. I got 2 bottles of this at the brick & mortar back in May because I'd read nothing but good things about it. I couldn't wait. When I got it? I was underwhelmed. It was "nice," but more perfumey than I like. I put it away and didn't think anything more about it.

Tonight I took it out - just a few minutes ago - and dabbed some on just out of curiosity.

    O.M.G.

This is insanely beautiful. It just makes me feel pretty and happy. It's so sweet (not cloyingly, just soft) and pretty and feminine and just gorgeous.

    My goodness.

I am so glad I decided to try this again instead of just swapping it away. And now I have 2 bottles. :P

Between this and Bakaneko, I'm insanely happy. Why do I have to love the LEs?
