  1. I thought I had reviewed this, so Mods, feel free to correct me.

    Bottle: Rose and carnation.

Wet: Wow, the rose hasn't amped on me yet. I'm getting lemon and carnation, a very nice combination.

Drydown: Finally, a rose I can wear. Yay! I love it, the lemon and the florals are so nice.

  2. Bottle: Hmm, herbs and apple.

Wet: Wow, I really like this. This apple is tart, not really sweet, but it's making my mouth water.

Drydown: I don't really get any amber from this, but it's a very interesting combo. I might have to get a bottle of this!

  3. Bottle: This is what my dad would say a hippie smells like! :P

Wet: Patchouli, myrrh and clove. Don't really get ylang-ylang.

Drydown: I am really surprised, but I like this. It's spicy, dark and sexy. It always amazes me how Beth can make me like patchouli.

  4. Bottle: Opium and absinthe, a den of iniquity

Wet: Mmm, I like this one so much better than I ever thought I could! This is the first time I've liked any scent with the word rose in it.

Drydown: It's sort of languidly naughty. It makes me want to misbehave.

  5. Bottle: Cardamom and orange

Wet: Cardamom and orange with a tinge of patchouli remind me of those clove studded oranges from Christmastime!

Drydown: There's a bit of what seems to my nose to be leather, though I don't see any in the description. It seems more like a winter scent, but I still really like it.

  6. Bottle: Woah, patchouli!

Wet: Patchouli with a bit of currant hiding behind it.

Drydown: I like it, but I'm not sure it's a 'me' scent. I'm going to let it age. I usually don't like patchouli when it's the first ingredient, though it is very feminine and sexy in this oil.

  7. Bottle: Smoke

Wet: Similar to brimstone but less harsh.

Drydown: Again, I'm amazed out how Beth and the Lab were able to take an idea and turn it into a scent,

a scent captured so perfectly. I'm not fond of this, but it's exactly what the label says.

  8. Bottle: Amber and fruit or flowers, can't tell which

Wet: This is very feminine and summery, I see that the notes are floral, but they're coming off as fruits to my nose, which I enjoy.

Drydown: Now it's amping as floral. Sigh.

  9. Bottle: Yum, fruit

Wet: This is so good! It's fruity and green at the same time, but also sexy because of the amber. I love it when the lab frimps me with something that I never would have tried myself, but is 'me'

Drydown: I can even smell the 'steamy boughs' note, this is amazing.

  10. Bottle: Red musk, like whoa!

Wet: This is very bitter, possibly the agarwood. I really thought it would be sweet, which is disappointing.

Drydown: I'd really hoped the lemon, sugar and sandalwood would come out, instead I'm getting red musk and agarwood.

  11. Bottle: Soft leather

Wet: I'm seeing a sexy dad. Maybe he teaches english at a college and carries a briefcase, but on the weekends he drives

a convertible and has a soft old brown leather jacket. He's at least 45 years old and wears glasses to read.

Drydown: This is a wonderful scent, I can smell the leather, the rosewood and the incense, parchment and woods. It's beautiful and would be great on a guy.

  12. Bottle: Apricot Brandy!

Wet: Hey, it's apricot brandy, and she's apparently the life of the party! I like it!

Drydown: There's a slight floral note that I'm not fond of, but I'm gonna keep this imp and try it again.

  13. Bottle: Generic floral

Wet: Very dry and ethereal scent. In the bottle it was generic floral, but here it becomes much more complex.

    Very dry and antique.

Drydown: Again, florals are not my scent, they amp on me unbearably and I don't like them to begin with.

  14. Bottle: mint and violet

Wet: This is totally not a me scent, and I knew it wouldn't be. I don't like mint or violet, but wanted to try a new scent.

It's actually nice in the bottle, but the violet and other florals amp on me too much to enjoy on my skin.

Drydown: Too floral, almost generic at this point, sadly.

  15. Bottle: Balsam, beeswax and saffron, all warm

Wet: Love this! I smell the beeswax and balsam primarily, then under it is saffron, lemon balm and other warming scents like frankincense. I need a bottle.

Drydown: I don't understand how the lemon can make this a light scent and everything else a warm scent, and have it mesh together so perfectly.
