Would you like anything from Future Primitive? (It's fine to mention OOS things) https://futureprimitivesoap.co.uk/

I've never tried any of it - feel free to introduce me to something new! Thenwhipped soaps look particularly interesting.

Does anyone have a favorite horror movie that they love? Need a copy/DVD of?

We mostly do the streaming thing, these days - small flat means limited storage space.

Do you like smallish knitted stuff (hats, fingerless mittens, scarves, toys, etc. -- be specific!)?

Generally not hats. Anything else, sure!

Do any of these knitted items appeal to you?

Easy Fingerless Mittens - sure!

Pfeilraupe Asymmetrical Scarf - very pretty, but not really my thing

Odyssey Shawl - yes!

Close to You scarf - yes!

Rikke Slouch Hat - if it were a particularly light yarn, maybe? I'm almost always hot and hats make it so much worse.

Simple Yet Effective Cowl - sure!

Knitted Pumpkins - sure!

Little Bear Stuffy - sure!

How do you feel about thrift store finds (assuming they're in good condition and have been thoroughly cleaned before shipping)?

100% okay.

I may have bought several full size Rituel de Fille makeup items in a frenzy over their whole vibe. If I tested something once or twice (and it can be sanitized), would you be interested?

Eh, sure. I like trying new things!

Are you interested in trying different skincare products from higher end, clean brands?

Sure!

Any interest in anything from Torrid, noting their "fangirl" and Halloween collections are updated?

Yes, but I'm an employee. A gift certificate would be best in this case, unless you are also an employee.

What on the following list would you like to receive something related to (or have something donated to in your and Joni's honor?)

·         animal rescue - sure! My GS troop made toys for an animal rescue one year.

·         pie - yum!

·         dogs - I love dogs.

·         bears - sure

·         turtles - I love turtles

·         inappropriate candies (either in shape or in contents—ex., boozy candies, creatively shaped peanut brittle…) - sure

I'll be going to Seattle, London and Paris during this round- anything you'd love to have from any of these locations?

Starbucks mugs! The city/state/attraction-specific ones.

Is there anything you would particularly like from Japan? Stationary, bento supplies, a particular snack, etc. The fall flavors for kitkats this year are Chestnut, Sweet Potato and Apple Pie.

Starbucks mugs! And everything on this list sounds great.

Thinking about really good natural food stores like Natural Grocers or Whole Foods, if you could have ANY bath and beauty or body care items, what would you love?

I don't think anything in particular.

Also what kind of treats, snacks, foods, condiments, bulk items, teas, housewares from the same natural food stores would you love?

Fancy mustards, everything bagel seasoning, black or white teas ... IDK what else. We're Aldi people, here.

Also, are there any particular sustainable kitchen or household items you would love to receive?

Crocheted/knitted dish cloths and scrubbers - I make them for others, but never get around to doing them for myself.

Did anything catch your eye from the Liliths?

They all sound really good - ideally, I'd have a decent of each. Same for the Fatherhoods, and Impeachments.

Would you like anything from Lush?

I'm intrigued by shower jellies, and could use some rouge henna.

Is there anything kind of weird and niche about which you feel this way, fellow witchees? Asterix coin(s), yes please. Also, old stamps - not to collect, but to use.

Kickstarter (and similar):  Any thoughts, witches? Kickstarter has some crappy politics these days, but I love some of the projects.  I just backed a board game about hoarding yarn, for instance - but that was before I knew about the anti-union stance.

Do you have an Etsy/Goodreads/Amazon or anything else wishlist you’d like to share? I'm all updated in the spreadsheet, and there are links in my signature.

And what’s your preferred wrist/necklace size? Um ... I think my wrist is 7"?

Does anything from Bird & Blend take your fancy? I love fancy teas!  I could use a new looseleaf steeper-thing, for which I've currently forgotten the name.

Knitting questions have have been asked, but how about wash cloths, anyone need any?  What colors??  Yes please!  I make them for everyone else but rarely take the time to make any for my own house.  White, or whatever color you've got is fine!

is there anything from World Market that tickles your fancy? There's a bunch of cute stuff, but nothing I HAVE TO HAVE or anything.

There's a special thing happening over at Rituel de Fille this weekend, where some gorgeous makeup items are coming back for just a couple of days. I'll be placing an order Sunday or Monday- anything that might strike your fancy, either from the special sale or from the site in general? (https://ritueldefille.com) Pretty, pretty colors!  I'd have to learn how to use them.

How do you feel about tarot or oracle decks?  Would you be interested in any (for artwork or for mystical purposes)?  New or used? I love, love, love tarot decks.  There are a few in my amazon cart, I've backed a few on kickstarter, etc.  Oracle, not so much - I mean, I like the art but can't seem to get the hang of using them.

Would pigment samples from companies like M.A.C. or Notoriously Morbid tickle your fancy? If so, what colors catch you eye? I'm not really good at makeup and even less so at pigment - I'd have to learn to use them.

do you have a favourite saying or quote? I actually collect quotes!  I have many favorites, but am also always on the lookout for new, interesting ones.

How do you feel about spicy foods, and where on the Scoville scale do you hit your limit? For the most part, probably around 50000 with occational tastings further/higher.

How do you feel about coloring books, especially those pertaining to a personal interest or fandom? I find that most adult coloring books, with their tiny spaces to fill and intricate detail, give me anxiety rather than alleviating it.  That said, if you got your hands on some kids' coloring books that were all coloring pages, I'd be all about it!

10/1/19

A few questions have been asked about knitted items--are crocheted equivalents acceptable?  (crocheted fingerless gloves, shawls, etc.)

Any fiber issues? None at all, thanks for asking.

About the Weenies: please list what you've bought or are definitely purchasing for yourself *as well as* what you would like to possibly receive from someone else! I am not currently buying much of anything for myself as the holidays are quickly approaching and we need to buy a car and are trying to save to buy a house.  This gives me a sad when I look at the list of amazingness available.

Dear Witchee, are you at all boozy?  Anywhere between hard cider to straight whisk(e)y?  And any interest in the "unusual" stuff? (unusual as in non-mainstream, local craft ciders or meads, regional fruit wines, experiments from local distilleries, etc) Yes!  And, since I'm the only one who drinks in my house, I would gladly and generously share with my boozy friends.  I am not particularly fond of tequila, rye, or IPA/APA style beers!  But, pretty much anything else goes.

10/2/19

Nail Polish: Do you need or want some?  If so, what colors and brands are you interested in? This would probably, for the most part, end up on my kids' nails rather than mine - I'm really bad at doing my own nails.

Does anyone else do nail wraps? I don't.

What about postcards? Love them!

Is anyone interested in anything from the Nocturne Alchemy Halloween release (or, presumably, anything else from the site)? Both the new and resurgence lists sound amazing!  I don't think I've ever had anything from Nocturne Alchemy before.

How do you feel about salt? I don’t mean, like, salted nuts or potato chips. I mean straight-up salt, like alder-smoked finishing salt or Hana Flake sea salt. I read a book called The Gilly Salt Sisters and have been kind of obsessed with the idea of different salts since - and then I watched Salt Fat Acid Heat and got more so.  I would love to try some different fancy salts!

10/3/19

I am infamous for baking (shortbreads savory and sweet, poundcake, various cookies and bars), butter caramels (flavored or plain), and catnip.  Are any of these relevant to you or your household? I love baked goods, am indifferent to caramel but LOVE toffee, and have no cats so catnip would be gifted to my sister-in-law's furbabies.

Do you like to cook and do you need/want any spices for such pursuits? My husband cooks far more than I do, but I do most of the baking.  That said!  We would love to support Penzeys, and I could use some vanilla beans, some saffron, and ... well, I tend to impulse buy spices, honestly.

Would you wear any of these?

Fern , Nuada, Manannan, Duleek Abbey  or an infinity scarf or tube cowl tall enough for a hood (like this scarf or this cowl for shape example)? I am all about scarf/cowl/hood things.

Do you have any utilitarian needs for everyday life? Things that would help or that you've been needing or wanting for work or whatever? An apron with pockets - like a barista-type apron that covers my front and I can put things in.  Also, I am fairly obsessed with office products, especially pens.  Papermate Flair are a favorite, as are Sharpies of all sorts.

What kind of vegan snacks do you like? And vegan chocolate...favorites? I've never really looked at them.

10/4/19

How would you describe your crafting style? Whimsical & Cute?  Elegantly modern?  Totally Traditional? Depends on who I'm making stuff for - I usually don't make things for myself.

10/6/19

So....we are about to process a metric f*ton of green tomato relish, which is basically bread and butter pickles but with sliced green cherry tomatoes.  Is this relevant to any witchees? As I don't really like bread and butter pickles, I don't think I'd like this.

How do you celebrate Halloween/Samhain?  Do you dress up?  Would you like something for your costume?  And am I the only person left on the planet who wears socks? I have 3 kids, so mostly I celebrate by making sure they have a good time and understand the traditions behind the holiday (well, the white European-centric ones mostly, as those are the ones with which I'm most familiar).  I do have an 80s themed party to go to, though, and would gladly take anything to help with a costume for that!  Accessories are probably best, as I'm an odd size and mostly have to try things on if it's anything other than a tshirt.

10/7/19

Are you interested in anything from Art Of Tea or Adagio Teas? Absolutely!  I added some Adagio stuff to my universal list over at Amazon, which should give an idea as to the things I'd like elsewhere.  I'm fondest of Earl Grey or spiced chai type teas.

I make light-weight hairfalls, doll-style, using a variety of fun stuff, like ribbons, lace and soft batting. Would you be interested in receiving a set in the colors of your choosing? Sure!

And a quick question here--I'm going to this amazing looking event on Saturday--does my witchee see anything they might be interested in?  https://www.facebook.com/events/903999316607440/ (the Oddities Market) Some of the Batty Boutique stuff looks cute, and some of the art looks cool, and maybe the coffee?  But mostly no, not really, thanks.  Have so much fun!

10/8/19

How do you feel about enamel pins?  Love them, hate them, slightly interested, totally indifferent? Slightly interested depending what's on it, but my kids (especially my 17-yo) love them.  I'd love some buttons and pins to put on my jean jacket!

10/10/19

what is your T-shirt/shirt of choice Size? Unisex athletic cut XL, Ladies 2-3X depending on how small/stretchy.

10/11/2019

OCTOBER LUNACY!  I know turn around time is unlikely, but just saying (JUST SAYING), dear Witchee, did anything catch your eye? Gemini locket and/or socks, Hunter Moon, and any of the others that don't say "dirt" in the description.

So Blood Moon Botanica is having an update soon.  It's a surprise what will be listed (besides the Moon Dew serum), but you can take a look at past items on her web page:  https://archaichoney.com/bloodmoonbotanica  (Britton used to run Haus of Gloi.)  Witchee, are you interested in any kinds of things from the Blood Moon Botanica update? I'm quite intrigued by the Moon Dew serum.  Aside from that, ALL of the Lavender and Amber roll on.

also I took some beading classes and have been making bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.  Would you be interested in any?  If so, how big is your wrist or how long would you like your bracelet?  Any preferred styles of beads? Ooh, pretty!  I LOVE amber.  Other than that, it's all by color and my favs are in the questionaire.

If I was to donate to an animal rescue on your behalf as the "lucyboo" component of this swap, is there one in particular that you would choose? You've already done this for me, witchee, and I love turtles!  Good choice.

10/15/19

What is your very favorite Halloween candy? If you don't have one/don't do candy, what's a seasonal treat you love? Brach's candy corn, most things chocolate

I just got an email from Lush that their Christmas stuff is now up online! anything you might like? Probably!  I don't do baths, though, so it would have to be things good for in the shower.

10/18/19

If you were my witchee, would you enjoy home made (canned) preserves?  I'm going home to Can All The Things & I'm thinking some bananas foster butter/sauce might be a nifty thing for you. Yes!  Absolutely.

10/19/19

I am in Las Vegas is there anything you would want from here? An old style Starbucks mug, the You Are Here variety, if you can find it.
