Interested in anything from Lush?

Yes! I’ve been a Lush fan for many years, although haven’t purchased anything recently. I love their bubble bath bars but am usually too cheap to purchase them. I also love the Cynthia Stout shampoo.

I think I would prefer the booze mixed in baked goods

 

What are your views on fudge and brownies? (Also, if you live in a warm place, where the fudge might melt, that'd be helpful to know. Or, if you're diabetic and fudge is death, that'd be useful to know, too.)

Love them both… although try to do so in moderation, but am not always successful!

 

Also, what about mochi? Love it, hate it, baffled by it?

??? Just googled it; I think I have had it, and was o.k. with it, but it wasn’t love at first taste.

I have placed an order of doom already… but would love to try the Samhain, Streuobstwiese, or Sugar Skulls soaps that I resisted in my order. Or any of the Halloweenie bath oils!!! Or the Opium Tar bath brew!

Yes! Anything with a fall-ish theme I would love! I love soaps and bath scrubs, and lotions too!

When you're miserably sick (*sniffle, cough!*) what are the things that comfort you the most?

My electric blanket, my cat, and a dark and quiet room. My flannel nightie and a warm bath. And my husband.

 

What constitutes ultimate luxury to you? (go crazy!)

A dinner with expensive wine… fresh asparagus… fresh seafood… really nice chocolates… a nice dessert wine while I take a steaming hot, candelit bath with multiple BPAL and/orLush products… and then crawling into a huge feather bed with really high thread count sheets and a down quilt with the windows open and a fire crackling in the fireplace. And I would have Storyville slathered on me as I drifted to sleep with no alarm clock set.

If they were pretty or holiday-festive, I would love them!

 

How did you dress up for your last party or compulsory-formal-dress occasion?

Dress pants, low-heeled pumps, and a lavender sweater set and a simple diamond pendant.

 

Do you enjoy puzzles/riddles? (Cryptograms, Sudoku, Crossword, Jigsaw, etc)

I LOVE Sudokus and Crossword puzzles! Not into jigsaws, though.

Yes! I drink tea every day.

I like both loose teas and bagged teas. I like strong black teas (like Assam, or British blends) and also caffeine-free fruity teas. Also fruit-flavored black teas (apricot, mango, strawberry, currant, etc.)

I am fond of the thrift. Do you mind lightly used goods? Please be specific! For instance, I'm a little squicked by used clothing, but I don't mind any other used goods (i.e. books, glassware, games, DVDs, whatever.)

Books and games and DVDs are fine!

Would a gift or a postcard from Disneyland make you squee with delight or puke into your mail box? Honestly… I would probably be a little disappointed!

 

What are your favorite types of Halloween candy? Candy corn!

 

Do you prefer soap or shower gel? Please give examples of your favorite scents or brands.

I like them both, and am not too picky and my skin is not sensitive. I have some Wylde Ivy soap samples that I love, and am intrigued by Savor and Paintbox Soapworks. I would love fall-themed scents especially! Apples, pumpkins, leaves, spices, etc.

 

How do you like your chocolate? For example with nuts, mint, peanut butter, caramel?

With mint, or peanut butter. Maybe caramel? Not with fruit or nuts.

 

Beads! Do you use them? Would you want some? What sorts of beads do you like?

I probably would not use them.
