Either is fine, but loose is my favorite!

I am not picky! If a scarf/shawl, I'd like it to be long! And I like socks/mittens/gloves/hats/etc.

Let's say, hypothetically speaking, that you have some children/spawn (1 or more), and, hypothetically speaking, your witch would like to spoil them a little but knows nothing of kids these days.
