Turning 35 was the WORST for me! I was constantly looking in the mirror and seeing all these fine lines and I would say to my husband "Honey do you see these wrinkles?" and he'd say no. I was so obsessive and I felt so old and I found myself thinking what the hell happened??? Don't get me wrong I am very happily married to the man I will love the rest of my life. It was all about me and all of a sudden feeling old and wanting to be 20 all over again. Now I am 38, each year after 35 has been good but what the hell will 40 bring? Oh I know, just my luck it will be .. perimenopause!

In the bottle: Floral Wet on skin: smoky floral Dry: still smoky floral but getting sweeter 30 min later: Heavens to murkatroid ... chocolate covered cherries!! Yummmmmmy! At first I did not like this one too much ... goes to show ya, you have to try this on your skin and let it morph through the stages. Also has a lot to do with body chemistry. ETA -06 Version

The lab says this is chocolate & heavy cream but in the drydown I detect something else ... something very sophisticated!! I just love this and plan on buying more before it disappears. By far the best chocolate scent I have tried.

My very first review. In the bottle: Cedar & Pine Wet: Same as above with a hint of sweetness. Dry: Sweet, Dries down to a nutty, buttered, bloated sugar cube. I loved this soooo much and wore it for over a week with no problems. Then it turned on me. It became so sweet I thought I was going to hug the toilet. A friend recommended that I keep it and give it a try at a later date. I did and it was love all over again. The culprit that amped up the sweetness?? "That time of the month" ETA: 4/16/09 ... This is still in my top 10 list of all time favs. Such an unusual and comforting scent.

What about Beaver Moon, is there a GC similar to it?

Hi everyone, I am new here to the forum and new to BPAL as well. I did place an order and bought Midway & Elegba (based on reviews here). I am hoping for some recommendations on foody type scents. My biggest lemming is: Spooky but it sounds like Elegba is on the same line minus the mint and chocolate. Would love to hear from you.
