    yes, thats a good idea too, i forgot about the powder its good for absorbing the oil
  3. i would say more like 5 to 5 1/2 weeks to get your order at least thats how long it usually takes for me to get my orders, and i am in N.Y.if i am lucky, otherwise sometimes it will take 5 1/2 to 6 weeks.

    when i cant get it out with soap, i use a little dawn dishwashing soap and a little pine sol that usually works,
  5. dont have to worry about me, from now on i will only look at the reviews, thats really what i do the most of anyhow. i learned the hard way, that i should just keep a low profile like i used to. i am a very sensitive person and when people arent nice and compassionate, i let it get to me and i end up getting sick over it, so its not worth it ,its just that i dont understand why people cant be a little more sensitive to people and their problems.
  6. all i ask, is ,when i have a question, or want to make a comment, if people cant be polite or dont have anything positive or helpful to say then just dont say anything. when someone says that they read 5 of my posts and their only suggestion is " maybe you should e-mail the lab next time" when in each of my posts i had said that i had e-mailed them, and was waiting on a reply, and one of my posts explained that i rec. an answer from the lab and there was a little problem with my order but everything is okay now. What am i to think, if they read my posts why would someone say that? I dont know, but it came across to me ,and 2 other people that read it,that the person was trying to be sarcastic, but if i am wrong then i am sorry. i think we all have to be careful how we word things on line as sometimes it can come across the wrong way.   7. exactly, Beth , already told everyone about add ons ,so we dont need to be lectured to like we are children. from someone who doesnt work at the lab ,but if you do work with Beth let us know.
  8. wow, velvetsky, i didnt know you knew Beth that well, do you work for the lab? was just curious as you seem to know so much more than everyone else,and feel free to speak for her.no less.( p.s. i never "added on" to an order, i have cancelled and reordered once because i used the wrong credit card, and one time i had to cancel and reorder because i had accidently ordered the wrong oil.) i felt bad about it, and told Beth ,and the others at the lab that i was sorry. I do think it is a good idea to have no "add ons" the only thing i would like to see in the future , is where you have 24 hrs to cancel an item if you needed to.

    not worth talking about ,people next time you answer a post,read ,it correctly if someone "says that they e-mailed the lab" already they e-mailed them,and just want to ask some questions!

    thanks everyone, i got an e-mail from the lab, Beth was sick over the weekend , anyhow there was a delay on my order because i had to cancel an order from 06-01 and reorder it again because i used the wrong credit card so they had to take apart order than reship. i wish i didnt call the toll free # for cc/ now as they got me all upset saying that my order is going to be cancelled by them because it still says" awaiting shipment" instead of " shipped". and they can only hold it for 30 days,but Brian told me that is only if you were not charged for it. i need to get a hobby as i am not use to being home all the time,as i used to work before i got sick, now i have to much free time and end up worrying about everything ,oh well alls well that ends well and hopefully i will have my order soon and will be able to forget about today, because it was not a good day at all for me. i should know by now to just be patient and if i dont get anything in amonth and half to two months then e-mail etc, will i ever learn?

    i rec. an e-mail from Brian today he is going to ship it out tommorow or next day there was some problems with order as i canceled one of my orders from06-01 i had put it on the wrong credit card. all is okay now thanks. p.s. more details 4 pages down.

    i called cc/now and they told me if it still says " awaiting shipment" after 30 days they will cancel my order that is what iam worried about not the charge if the lab said everthing through the 28th went out why hasnt mine even been picked up by the lab?

    i dont understand cc/now i placed an order on may 23rd and cc now still says "awaiting shipment" i e-mailed the lab a few days ago so i am still waiting to find out whats up, anyone have this happen?

    friend the girl , it wasnt anything you said, if anything everything you have said has made me feel a lot better. someone else from this forum e-mailed me and told me i should stop blaming beth for delays, i never said it was beths fault ,no one is to blame. From day one, the only thing i have said 'was i dont care when i get my order i would just like to have some idea when to expect it.' But thanks for caring, it would be nice if everyone was as compassionate as you,thanks again,Carol

    [made a mistake excuse, i guess everyone is allowed to complain about shipping but me .so i will no longer say anthing anymore i have a lot of other things to do anyhow and i am only awake 5hrs a day anyhow [ my liver disease makes me very tired] i should be doing more constructive things with my time anyhow so as they say happy trails.
