I bought a bottle of Snake Oil to see what all the hype was about really. Glad I did! I love it. To me it smells a bit like Glowing Vulva..maybe that's just my funny nose though, who knows.. I'd like to know what an aged bottle smells like for comparison. Can't stop sniffing wrists!

I think this smells like Glitter. To me it's just pure bubblegum, but not as sickly. At first I wanted to get rid straight away but it's grown on me now..definitely a keeper.

A pain-tinged, pleasure-soaked blend of leather, oakmoss, orange blossom, amber, and rose with a breath of virginal French florals and a hint of austere monastic penitential incense. I picked this one at random to try from my bag of untested imps. So glad I did..it's a new favourite! It's quite nostaglic this one, reminds me of when my dad used to come back from a night out wearing his ancient leather jacket, smelling of booze! Smells different on my skin though, thankfully. Also the orange blossom always stands out for me too. Love it!

When I first got this I wasn't quite sure what I could smell, other than something sweet and cake-y. The more I tried it though, the more I noticed the rose notes in it. When I wore this to work, however, EVERYONE complained I smelled of curry. A shame, as I do quite like this and wanted to carry on wearing it. It didn't stop there though..people complained that much that DISCIPLINARY ACTION was threatened against me. It wasn't until I went to my Union rep that the backed off a bit. I mean, how many people smell of cigarette smoke/body odour etc etc?? Nobody threatens disciplinary action against them do they.. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new job..

I really like this one, even though it's one I tend to wear more when I'm having an angry day..! I found it to be quite a masculine scent which I don't usually like, but this one seems..different in some way. I can't describe it. A bit awkward when someone asks what I'm wearing though!

I agree with this exactly! I too can't stand it but I'm having to keep it 'cause it looks 'cute' next to the bottle of Eat Me!!

I found Jack by searching for scents with pumpkin in, as I missed the Halloween LEs. I love it! Whenever I wear it I always ALWAYS get comments that I smell like buttery flapjack, but I disagree. It is definitely the most foodie scent I own, but I wouldn't describe it as buttery flapjack. It's very 'warm' though. Smells edible! Whatever it is I have my second bottle on my next order, hopefully!

I posted a few pages back that Kuang-Shi (mandarin orange, white musk, mango, and white sandalwood) reminds me of The Olive Branch. I think that's your best bet. The scent of Olive Branch seems to be mostly bergamot and white musk, so maybe Oberon would be another one to try? The Lab description for that one is Orchid, white musk, and bergamot wafting over juniper berries, with a gentle touch of soft, earthy patchouli. I haven't sniffed it though, so I don't know if it's actually similar. Thanks for that, I'm adding Kuang Shi to my to-buy list! I heard Black Opal was rather similar too, so I've bought a 5ml of that but wasn't too sure about it after double-checking the description. Anyhoo, we'll see..

WOW! I LOVE THIS! Bought a bottle of this of a forumite and it arrived today. I didn't read the description before I tried it as I wanted to make my own mind up as to what it smelt of. I get 100% lemon cheesecake, gorgeous! This is especially nice as since turning vegan, I haven't been able to eat cheesecake unless it's a home-made one made by me with tofu etc. Which is a lot of faffing about.. So glad I bought this, I'm in love.

I received the original version of this in the post yesterday; purchased off Ebay. There wasn't much of a description so I didn't know what to expect. Wow! I love it! Smells very sweet but unfortunately it doesn't last long on me. :/ Although it doesn't last long on me I can't see myself being able to sell/swap it on!?..

I have a bottle of this and it's not one I wear that often. This isn't because I don't like it though, it's just very faint on me. It doesn't last more than a few minutes unfortunately. To me it smells of pure incense, nothing else. Just a shame it doesn't last so long for me though. Alas, I still can't bear to part with it!

Hmm. I wanted to like this one but I'm undecided. In the imp it's really strong, but dry on skin it calms down a bit and it's probably a scent I could grow to love. Or at least get used to! It smells to me like Parma Violets, which are a love-hate thing for most people aren't they?!.. I'll come back to this another day.

I have an imp of this and it wasn't what I was expecting from the description. To me it smells like musky coconut. Unfortunately this isn't for me, as I really can't stand coconut! Nevermind.

I have a full bottle of this and unfortunately I'm going to have to trade it. Although it smells divine in the bottle, and rather gorgeous on skin too, it almost instantly faded on me. Perhaps that's just my skin type though..?

I wanted to like this, just for the name as I love Snow White! First sniff though to me reminded me of Lush Snowcake, but on skin it had a horrid smell and everybody was complaining of smelly plastic... Perhaps I didn't like it because of the cocunut? Who knows, I have a strange nose also! Wish I could learn to love it; I'll save it a while longer..

I'm new to forum so haven't quite got the hang of how things work 'round here yet.. Anyhoo, was wondering if anyone could tell me if they've discovered a BPAL scent which is similar to Bliss? It's gorgeous! Can't get enough! I've got a 5ml bottle on order; wish it'd hurry 'cause the imp is nearly gone!! Cheers!
