Toy Drives at All Three December Lunacy Events This Weekend

Recommended Posts

Good afternoon!

BPAL is hosting Christmas toy drives at our December Lunacy Events in three cities this weekend:

Anyone who brings an unwrapped toy or sporting goods donation of at least $20 value will leave with a 5ml bottle of the exclusive scent BIENENSTICH:

"Bee sting." Honey cake with baked-on caramelized almonds, filled with buttercream.

Bienenstich is available only while supplies last! (Because of the limited quantity, we implore you to be scrupulous about adhering to our requested donation value of $20.)

We'll have other BPAL products on hand to aid in your last-minute gift-giving needs, and will greet you in our best Krampus-themed finery. Pray you stay off our Naughty list!

Keep reading below to learn more about which local charities each of these events will benefit. We'll be grateful if you help spread the word -- no child should be left wanting this holiday season.

Los Angeles: SPARK OF LOVE

"ABC7 and Southern California Firefighters are celebrating their 25th Anniversary of the Spark of Love Toy Drive. Over the past twenty five years, the Spark of Love Toy Drive has successfully collected more than ten million toys. The campaign collects new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura and Riverside counties. Toys collected in the respective counties are distributed locally."

Atlanta: THE PLACE OF FORSYTH COUNTY

"We are asking for donations of toys for children ages 0-18, decorations (including trees and wreaths), wrapping paper, bows and tape along with food for all our volunteers and families.

Thank you in advance for your donations to ensure a Christmas for families in Forsyth County!"

Burlington: TOYS FOR TOTS

"The objectives of the Foundation are the same as those of the overall Toys for Tots program: i.e. – to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; an to contribute to improving communities in the future."

Thank you for your help! Look out for Krampus!
