BPAL's Customer Service is Going on a Wee Hiatus

Happy holidays, all! Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab’s customer service dungeon will be closed starting this evening, and will remain dark until Monday the 29th. Customer service will also be closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We’ve been burning the candle at both ends, and are taking a few days off to spend with our families and loved ones. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding during this crazy time of year! As a reminder: domestic cutoff for Christmas orders was 7 December at 12:01am.
