Monster Bait: Tokyo Stomp

Recommended Posts

Beckons all giant creatures from gargantuan reptiles and humongous moths! These babies are sure to crush everything from dollhouses to shopping malls! Can even be used to summon colossal robots in a pinch! A sweet and crisp vanilla mint!

Hmmmm, delicious vanilla mint muffins! Finally a foody that works on me, and, finally a hit to add to my collection again!!
The throw is not huge on me, just enough, and it doesn't last too long on my skin, stays about 1,5hrs at most, but I'll learn to live with it. Does not go plasticy on me like other foodies. It's smooth, delicious and minty. What more could ya want?! :yum:

Tokyo Stomp starts off as a nice candied mint scent. The mint/vanilla combo has a bit of an Andes Mint vibe to it. It's one of those vanillas that is sometimes mistaken as chocolate. There's also a touch of coconut mixed with the vanilla.

Over time, it becomes less candy-like and more like Snow White. Wuuuuut. Was not expecting that! But it's like, a mintier Snow White.

It's not as buttery as Snowblind or as intensely minty as Lick It, so it is still worth trying if you own both of those.

I like this enough to hold on to my decant, but it's not something I feel like I need a bottle of, as I have so many vanilla mint scents as it is, and many a bottle of Snow White.

Oh wow, I love this. I knew to grab it when I had the opportunity to get a bottle. I knew I'd love it. But what I didn't expect is just how much I'd love it.

This is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. As in, I can see it being in my top BPALs of all time gorgeous. It's a beautiful creamy vanilla mint. It reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream only without the chocolate elements and York peppermint patties all in one. Mint notes and peppermint are some of my favorite things but I'm always dismayed that they are so short lived. But in Monsterbait: Tokyo Smash, the mint actually sticks around for quite a while! And even as the mint fades a bit in the drydown, you still get that minty edge to the vanilla and it takes on an almost Snow White-ish feel.

This is an absolute love. A must have for anyone who loves minty vanillas. This is the minty vanilla to blow all the others away. I adore it. I'm starting to think there's no such thing as a bad or even mediocre Monsterbait.
