I contacted Clover01 in response to her swaps post here on the forum. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with - really nice and friendly, and excellent with the communication.. she let me know when my package had shipped and sent a lovely PM to let me know when mine had arrived at her place.

The bottle she sent was really well packed - all safe for its journey across the world - and she sent along a bunch of frimps too, which were a lovely surprise! But best of all, I got a beautiful handwritten card with the most fantastic artwork on it.. this gal is not only a super swapper, she's a very talented artist :smile:

I wouldn't hesitate to swap with Clover01 again.. she's the bestest!!

Clover01 was a pleasure to buy from. She needed a few days before she could ship, and she let me know that up front, and shipped exactly when she said she would. Her communication was very friendly. She did a great job packing, and included a bunch of lovely freebies. I would highly recommend her.

I purchased four imps and some lovely silk-flower pins from Clover, and while it took a little longer to arrive than expected, there were some lovely frimps in the package (I'm afraid I don't remember the details since it was a day or two ago, but there was definitely more stuff than expected in there).

An excellent swap and I'd swap with her again!

Clover and I swapped on Live Journal - her package was very generous - samples and extras and a really talented drawing in my card - plus, she shipped the very day or the next day from our partial swap/sale.

We had a misunderstanding due to shipping time on my end - my LJ states clearly that I have medical problems and that sometimes this condition alters my shipping time by about 1 day, which it did, I shipped 4 days after her payment. However, Arkansas was in the middle of an ice storm that had led to multiple deaths and my postal worker allowed my package sit for 2 days in my mailbox due to the storm (b/c of said medical condition - I cannot often get to the po physically).

I would not repeat a swap, because my feelings were very hurt, because I was penalized/criticized for a shipping delay (which is not a delay in my eyes) of 4 days from payment (+ 2 for the weather when mail did not run) - and I kept her in communication throughout and tried to express my unhappiness in how the whole situation ended - but this was not met with an understanding reception - leading to disappointment on my end.
