I bought 10 imps of Porcelina. Communication was excellent. Shipping took rather long, so I was worried and sent her an pm. She responded that same day and was very active on the matter. Turns out US post services are a tad slow sometimes.

I bought a SLEW of imps from porcelina, and it was a pleasant experience. I forgot to add one to my list, and she threw it in there at no additional cost. Another imp somehow went completely missing along the way, and she refunded the cost. All in all, a flexible and very real BPALer!

There was one small mix-up, but a refund was issued immediately, the correct item was sent promptly, and even more freebies were included!
