12 Days of Christmas Q & A 🍭

Hello my lovely Snow Angel!☃️   Can......Can I start the questions early? I'm very excited. I love crocheting, it's my favorite hobby. Can I make you a scarf/cowl/sweater/lap blanket to keep you wintery-warm!?   Absolutely! It's a little warm in TN, but I still wear scarves and hats! (Man I wish I was crafty!)   How do you feel about amigurumi (i.e. little crochet toys), either characters from a fandom, wee animals, or as decorations? .   Omg.....Yes! Little foxes, bunnies, cats, Border Collies, anything cute and cuddly makes me Squeeeeee!   How do you feel about knit socks? (Plain stockinette, lacework, cables, etc). Are there any other hand knit items you'd especially like? (Mittens, fingerless gloves, hats, etc).   Fingerless gloves and funky hats sound awesome!   What kind of snacks do you like? Does dried fruit or crunchy dried vegetables sound appealing? Do you like (raw) honey? Jerky? Jam? What sort of local products do you like to receive as gifts? If you're familiar with products in the Pacific Northwest, is there anything specific you'd like to try?   All about local honey! Chocolate and nuts....crunchy sweet and salty is a yum. Jam is good, too!   If there's one place you could go in the world, where and why? .   Ireland.....I've always wanted wanted to go there...especially since I'm Irish and born on St Patrick's Day!☘️. Also Paris....the culture and art....ahhhhh!   What sort of dollar store items do you always get a kick out of? . Stickers, fun things to send in swaps/sales, wacky seasonal stuff!   Do you like to receive plants or gardening stuff? Do you grow plants? What's your favourite flower, if you have one? . I love trying to garden, I live in an apartment so there's not a lot of room....but I still have a flower / vine bed. Favorite flower is coneflowers..... love wildflowers. Also love herbs!   If you had a custom perfume/beauty/bath product made for you, what would it be and what would the scent description look like? (everything from prose to the specific selection of notes) :   I'm desperately looking for a forest with dark berries.....preferably blackberries scent! Favorite notes are blackberry, Plum, patchouli, vanilla, and frankincense.......dirty berries, and sugared Plum.   I love drawing! Either fanart chibis on the tablet or portrait work in graphite pencil... but it's been a while..so I'd love to use this as an excuse to draw something for you! If you could commission an art piece, would you choose traditional or digital artwork- and what would it be of?. :   I love so many things....from the styles of Mab Graves to Waterhouse. Original art, you can't go wrong! Traditional, but then again digital could be very cool! My family in crazy digital sounds awesome!   When it comes to makeup, what is your coloring? Fair, dark? Sensitive skin? Eye color? Hair color? Style....funky, natural? Any additional makeup info?   I've got fair, sensitive skin with hazel eyes and blonde hair (added brown and strawberry). Makeup style is normally pretty organic....mascara, tinted moisturizer, and chapstick. But sometimes I like to play with it (would love to know how to do a great smoky eye and great brows.....halps!). I want Adele's eye makeup!   Have we already answered questions about Christmas tree themes for this year?   My trees are always a mishmash of everyone's likes.....so no theme here but I like putting lots of animals in my tree 🌲.   what kind of collector are you? And do you have a log or a list somewhere away from the forum of the things you love, hate or already own?   Oh Snow Angel, I wish I could tell you that I'm organized.....but that would be a naughty lie. I tend to go from collector to trying to pair everything down (which fails).   Is there any craft or hobby that you are interested in trying?   I'd love to learn to knit. I used to know a little bit about it.....but I guess I brain dumped it. I love yarn so much....it's criminal that I don't know how to use it....my cat seems to know, but he's not talking!   Would anyone mind bath and body works items? Such as hand sanitizer, lotion, candles, car scents or soap?   I like BBWs fall/Halloween candles and room spray   Any Lush showergel (or other product) you'd like to try? I sort of collect their showergels, mostly from The Kitchen. So if there's anything you'd like to try, now's the time to tell!   Oh my weakness....I'm seriously coveting Plum Rain shower gel from the kitchen....oh Lawd!!!   Do you like office supplies like pens, pencils, highlighters, sticky notes, etc?   I was at Office Depot not too long ago, and I wanted everything in there! Cool tape, colored Sharpies, sticky notes....in short: yes!   Would you prefer bar soaps or bath gel?   Both!!! Love to try Cellar Door Soap, Valhalla....and well, you know about the Lush thing!😜   Candles, wax melts, or incense - yea or nay   candles....all day long!!!!!   Jewelry - any preference about length of necklaces   I can't do earrings (makes me look like a monkey? 🐒). But I love necklaces and charms....length would be long or choker   How do you feel about sweeteners? Do you prefer sugar, stevia, sucralose, etc.? Anything in particular to avoid? Pour some sugah on me!   Do you have any interest in Shakespearean swag (insult mugs, play themed lip balms, oodles of other possibilities) or general performing arts related goodies?   I'm an English Lit. major, so you can't over swag me with Shakespeare. I love so many of his plays. I need Shakes on a tote bag.....or HIDDLESTON (I can't help scream his name, sorry!)   What is your favorite Christmas story - be it book, movie, cartoon - and if there are various versions, which is your favorite?   We read Dickens' Christmas Carol every year, so I'd have to go with that one. But LOVE Nightmare Before Christmas .... Burton!!!   Do you have a preference for numbered packages or random selection?   Definitely numbered....let the story unfold!!   Do you have any external wishlists, Goodreads, or anything else that you might not have listed in your survey?   Would love to start reading the Kingkiller Chronicles and more Gaiman.....and Pablo Nerudo   For books that are part of a series, do you have a strong preference for whether you receive them in order, assuming that any overarching plot is reasonably easy to pick up on and the main story is self contained?   Any order.....for instance, I'd love to own The Chronicles of Narnia....any order. And any Harry Potter (I promised oldest son to read and then we'd watch the movies together......I'm so behind)   Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? If not, would you want some of their famous delicious treats? (Cookie butter - original or pumpkin spice!, sweet plantain chips, chocolate covered potato chips, etc)   No Trader Joe's for miles! Yes!!! I'd love to try some of their famous yummies!   What's your shoesize? Would you like to receive socks?   Size 6....and yes to comfy socks! My dog tends to hide one sock at all times!
